ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what i was trying to tell the chronicle poster of yesterday when people were advising her to go to facebook and post that he is a rapist. If he has not been tried and convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction, no one has the right to pronounce him a rapist or murderer let alone go to social media and publicize it. If you follow that advice be rest assured you can get sued for defamation of character and he would sap out every kobo you have, at that point you won’t be dealing with him, it’s his lawyers and they won’t spare you cos they would get a percentage out of the damages you would pay if it scales through.
