He mean say we no need God abi he mean say make we no too disturb God for sontin wey we fit take kia care of?
Anybody fit explain this thing? God abeg epp your kids no to dey type nonsense as content sake of say dem dey find traffik.
In my opinion, he is saying God gave us the 'power and will' to do for ourselves the majority of things we pray for.
ReplyDeleteEspecially we Nigerians, we feel prayers will make things change, even prayers will improve our naira. But faith ain't doing nada of those.
You gorrit! He didn't construct his message well.
DeleteIt is pitiful that despite his dad's effort to provide him a good life and good education in the U.K that he didn't take advantage of it, just like he did with his fame from BBN & Erica .....If he couldn't see the coin that he could have made with Erica had he played it perfectly, he can't construct any logic to save his life. You wonder why there are no generational wealth in Nigeria ? This is a good example... All he knows is money, my dad is rich, I fly private jet, I will connect you....etc. Please connect yourself back to school. There is no investment greater than education and your father will GLADLY DO IT FOR YOU. I wish I had your opportunity right now. Boy, I will not be caught with your fathers friends. I would be in silicon valley with mark zuker-baggar :) and co..... positioning myself to creating stuff to help OBIDIENT and LOYAL youths of Nigeria.
DeleteHe simply Meant God gave us Brain so He can rest. Faith without work is dead. Don’t call on God on things you know you can do yourself . He’s actually very right .
ReplyDeleteEverybody get freedom to talk. Make Kidd just de yarn nonsense de go. Na people wey go listen to this nonsense I pity. As for me, I put all my TRUST in God. Even my Bible tell me say make I trust in the Lord with all my heart. Kidd, that thing wey you yarn so no concern me.
ReplyDeleteHe is right
ReplyDeleteFaith without works is too much in this country
God has given us common sense to make things work for ourselves. He has given us the holy spirit to direct us. We also have the bible to study. We don't have to be disturbing Him (God) for everything.
ReplyDeletePsalm 82:6
"I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High." If we are gods, then we ought to have the nature of God, our father. If he turned bread into wine, then we can t

DeleteWe have to put our IQ to work, that's what he's saying
ReplyDeleteStella i understand what he said, it's just that he did not put it well, we pray to much and hope on miracle too much when we can actually do it, just like u sitting down at home waiting for miracle capital to start a business instead of going to look for work to save for the capital.
ReplyDeleteIkor idat ye ufofop
ReplyDeleteHe just wrote it wrong. I think he meant, there are some things we can do by ourselves instead of disturbing God.
ReplyDeleteHe is right but this is a wrong English construction for the message he is trying to pass. I think say him go better school as per son of a big man. Why him come they write like some of us wey no dey privileged to attend good school? Na wa
ReplyDeleteWe don hear now, next
ReplyDeleteGood advice behind the post, but because he constructed it so poorly, it took away the essence of the post.
ReplyDeleteToo much belief and relying in God is why Nigeria is a shithole. We talk about God of Israel but we fail to realize that Israel provides technology, infrastructure and security for her people. They are not sitting back to pray for the things that their government can provide for them like the morons do in Nigeria. Israelites are not sitting back and waiting for their helpers to locate them nor waiting for God to answer their calls. The prayers points you hear in Nigeria is a clear indication that most Nigerians are mocking God in the guise of prayers.
ReplyDeleteWhen Nigerians put applications for a job, they sit back and wait for calls from prospective employers. When Nigerians write exams, they sit back and wait for results. But the same Nigerians will not give time for God to manifest in their lives. They don't seem to trust God. That's why Monday - Sunday they are praying the same thing, asking God for favours without waiting for God to manifest. It got to the point where we can authoritatively say that it is either Nigerians believe that God is deaf OR that they don't trust God to carry out his promises to them.
