    This is just for a photo op. If he actually came to see the extent of the flood, he would have come prepared with Wellington boots and not aides. This is not the first time Bayelsa is experiencing flood, our leaders past and present shouldn't use it to advance their career or narratives.

    Jonathan, as a former Governor of Bayelsa state knows what the people have gone through with this issue of flooding. He did nothing during his stint as Governor to solve it. Bayelsa needs very huge drainage system like the ones IBB got Julius Berger to build in Minna.
    He became VP and eventually President. He did nothing to facilitate the completion of that Baskin Hausa dam.
    Our leaders from 1982, failed us woefully.
    No need doing photo ops.
