ReplyDeleteThat's Naija for you,.... We have a good system that doesn't work. The purpose of starting NIN, BVN and PVC has not been met.. When you look into it you'll discover that there are good aim and objectives to its establishment but our "no maintenance culture" crumbled and crashed it. Nobody wants to take the blame. APC shifts blame to PDP and PDP shitfs the blame to military regime and the military blamed the first republic who inturn blamed our colonial masters.

ReplyDeleteRoss everybody has their work schedule, his own is to gather the info, which he did, using the info for tracking and preventing crime and apprehending criminals is not his job, it is the mandate of security operatives and that is what he is saying.
