Eating in the morning is good only when you’re indulging in “healthy” breakfast. You don’t start your day with plenty fried eggs, hot dogs, bread etc first thing in the morning and say eating breakfast is good. A fruit bowl, some tea or coffee to start up your day is definitely recommend or you can stay fasted till you’re actually hungry before you eat. Breakfast isn’t a MUST. Unless you do some heavy work like a Bricklayer, I don’t see the reason why you’ll wake up and choose eba, rice, fried eggs and bread and what they call “tea”(milo and milk plus plenty sugar) I’d say “do you” but No, if you’re having complications losing weight, please skip breakfast or make it as healthy as possible. You won’t die.
