Kidnappers have chased almost all the big Igbo business men away from Bayelsa. As soon as they are released from the kidnappers captivity after paying huge ransom they will relocate with their families. And the State is gradually dieing economically meanwhile the state no get anything before coupled with the increasing kidnapping rate.
