ReplyDeleteIt is a good business but requires discipline. Not much profit but if your location is open and busy, high turnover will yield much profit. Why I said discipline is because if you have kids or if you are someone who likes ipapanu, that is if you like snacking on those things that you mentioned, you will eat both profit and capital. If you have kids, pay for a specific quantity of stuff that you want them to eat for that day, and don't exceed it.
DeleteDon't sell on credit too since the profit is not that much, before you blink, business will run down if you do.
For Wholesale,You need enough capital and good customer base for you to be turning up..
DeleteFor example a pack of freshyo currently is bought for 3500 while the wholesalers sell to resellers between #3600 to #3700..it’s 12 in the pack so consumers buy for #350 per bottle.
Wholesale is better than the retail,between #150 to 300 naira per carton for most consumable,it’s capital intensive..
I don’t advice for retail cos it involves discipline,and if you have kids it might make having profit difficult(for retial) because before you would turn over,they might have eaten the profit and some capital(imagine your child taking one freshyo for you a retailer😀)
But if you are into wholesale,they can’t open the carton to collect one or two caprisonne😀😀..
If you want to grow your money,you can go to a good location and get into wholesale,NOT RETAIL..

After the unit meeting we just finished, there is another meeting for all church workers but I am escaping that one, I am hungry, I didn't eat frm home jare. This their system whereby church workers will wait till the end of all the three services is tiring jare. Which kain wahala I put myself so sef? I said let me join unit in church so that I can have acquaintances, every Sunday is meeting day after service 😄
