ReplyDeleteFunny enough my mum refused attending my wedding & also refused meeting with my husband. I gave birth she also didn't visit till now my baby is almost a year. Funny enough I'm her "ONLY CHILD" reasons for all these is that she and my dad has issues which led to their septation & she also said my husband is not wealthy . Abeg i no fit type again the matter get as e be. And my mum is 100% ok psychologically. She no get mental issues just that she lacks the spirit of forgiveness.

DeleteMine fought with me on my wedding night, she came to pass the night at the hotel, arranged by me so we can have the last moments as mother and daughter.... I ended up crying the entire night because she had no good intentions for me, tried to sabotage alot of myplans for my big day, I'm still shocked that my reality is that I've got a wicked mother!
DeleteFast forward to months later after i told her i was pregnant, i had a terrible accident that almost claimed mybabies(my child and husband's)
When i see photos like this i feel sad all over. I'm determined not to be like her! Pitching her kids against themselves, lack of forgiveness, comparing her friend's kids to us, making us hate our cousins,promoting the idea that inlaws are all bad... ohh please someone wake me up!
