Imagine the woman attending to us for x-ray was asking us to buy her liquid milk before she can continue her job which she get paid at the end of the month. Excited courtesy , I went for HSG , while in serious pain and crying, the doctor and nurse attending to more showed no empathy. I expected the lady to even hold my hand and express that care . My dear I told her after the procedure that am ashamed of her being a woman.

The hospital I use to get my routine drugs, those women will talk to you anyhow and expect you to swallow their insult because they think they're doing us a huge favor by dispensing essential drugs,which is been paid by government,whereas most of the workers their are also infected,cos most of those organization mostly employ infected persons too. THOUGHTS ON GOD'S WORD
ReplyDelete'You received the word.' 1 Thessalonians 2:13 NKJV
'When you received God's word from us, you realised it wasn't human words... you accepted it for what it really is - God's word' (1 Thessalonians 2:13 CEV).
Here are four things you must believe about God's word, found in your Bible:
(1) It is life changing. In the parable of the sower, Jesus said, 'The seed is the word of God' (Luke 8:11 NKJV). You may not understand the power within a seed, but you know that when you sow it in receptive soil, it will spring to life; it won't just sit there and do nothing, it will produce fruit. Likewise, your Bible contains 'the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe' (1 Thessalonians 2:13 NKJV).
(2) It works. 'My word...will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it' (Isaiah 55:11 NIV). Note the word 'sent'. Every word God speaks is on a mission and is guaranteed to accomplish it in accordance with his will, his strategy and his timing.
Two more:
(3) God's word is creative. 'By God's word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed' (2 Peter 3:5 NIV). God's word was powerful enough to create all that exists. He didn't strive or sweat, he just spoke and it was accomplished. So speak God's word!
(4) It is authoritative. 'They were astonished at his teaching, for his word was with authority...they were all amazed...saying, "What a word this is! For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out"' (Luke 4:32, 36 NKJV). The forces of darkness around you today must recognise and submit to God's word, so stand on it!
