  1. Recognize Truth!!
    Romans 10:9-10.

    Excerpts!!

"The recognition and declaration of truth activates its power. Believe truth and declare it. That's the way to walk consistently in God's blessings"

"The Spirit of God that you've received gives life to your body; therefore, your body is invigorated, quickened by that same Spirit"

"Philemon 1:6 highlights your acknowledgement of God's truths: who you are, and your heritage in Christ as the basis for an effectual life of ever-increasing glory and triumph"

    Confession!!

The Word of God is working in me, because I'm born of the Word. I'm a victor in Christ Jesus; I have dominion over circumstances; I tame and rule the world through my faith proclamations. I'm forever making progress, fruitful and productive in my walk with God and service in His vineyard. My life is the testimony of God's grace. Hallelujah!

    Further Study:
    2 Corinthians 4:13; Mark 11:23.

On my way to NIN Alausa, ikeja. DOB wahala. But the good news is that I'm not paying for the correction.. I was scared of that 15k. 😁

Please, stop paying touts. Some times you don't have to pay but because we love to follow backdoor, we end up doing the wrong thing.

May this day deliver our blessings. Amen

  3. Other people children will be greeting you and it will be sweeting you but your own children cannot greet! What kind of training are children of these days getting? How can children as little as 5,6,7 etc years not know how to greet and be looking like zombie when there is a visitor around?
I went to see a friend and her children who have been in the room decided to show face and they came and stood looking, I knew they were waiting for me to ask 'how are you' which I did just to cover up the embrassement, cos I really felt embarrassed. It was kind of awkward. It was after I said ' ermmm what is that your name again' ,that their mom began to caution them if they cannot greet.
I don't even know which one is more irritating - I mean is it the parent that pettingly says to her children, 'greet aunty na or the child who don't know how to greet?
The things some parents pet ehn makes me wonder,no strictness whatsoever. In my mind I'm like 'yimu,if you had given that child a strict hand concerning this greeting issue, would he or she be there looking at a visitor like zombie'
I recall while growing up,a visitor dare not come to the house and you are there looking like a 🐄, your case is closed for that day,not to talk of not greeting neighbors or elders around us!
It's been almost 2 years,my 3 year old niece left our place after a long visit.People are still asking after her, her greetings endeared her to everyone, girl greeted as if her life depended on it 🤣🤣🤣🤣, whether she know you or not,you will just hear good morning Sir, good evening sir 🤣🤣🤣🤣 to passerbys. When I told her mom,the mom laughed so hard and said 'its the training they'd given to her. It was really sweet and nice. After her birthday which the whole street gathered to celebrate her,she left to be with her parents. Its been almost 2 years she left and people are still asking when she will come again and I just look at some of these people, and in my mind I'm like, 'so the greeting was sweeting you people but your own children can't even open their mouths to greet and they do nothing to correct it,as in they are not even concerned one bit about it.They are looking for who will come and be greeting them, they will look tire.
You see these nonsense more in the houses of the so called elites. Next time when I visit and the children can't greet,I won't even pay attention to them by asking how are you,cos that's indulging them and its bad.I won't even behave as if they are present. If the parents are wise,no one will tell them what to do.
A child that greets well is a source of joy and pride to the parents. Train up your children in the way they should grow- Proverbs 22:6.
Parents you have a responsibility, these children were not given to you for 'fashion', be intentional towards them. They are not meant to train themselves, you were given the responsibility to. Let's try to make the world a better place in our own little way. God bless each and everyone of us.

    1. A child who fails to greet adult has failed in training.. In Nigeria, greeting people is basic upbringing. It's never too much.

  4. I watched a very funny video on IG. A young man was asked to strip to his boxers, run across the street, come back and collect 3k. He agreed! Infact, he even twerked before coming back to collect his cash gift. 😂😂
Now, here's the best part. After collecting his money, he came back with all his friends and told the interviewer that his friends will also like to do the challenge and win money. And that struck me! He didn't just win, he wanted his friends to also win. That's a real OG!
Real friends don't hide opportunities from each other. They want to see their friends also excelling. Think about it!

  6. WAYS TO DEVELOP RESILIENCE.

'Though the righteous fall...they rise again.' Proverbs 24:16 NIV

Like any skill, mental, emotional and spiritual resilience can be learned.
    Here's how:
    (1) Redefine setbacks as the gateway to something greater.
    (2) Remember successful people don't just face adversity, they embrace it.
    (3) Tune out the critics and focus on doing your best.
    (4) Remember each day that prayer and gratitude create a fertile environment for faith.
    (5) Increase your faith-talk when you're afraid.
    (6) Learn from failure, and remember the many times you've succeeded.
    (7) Visualise victory before going into battle.
    (8) Refuse to dwell on the past or worry about the future; today is where you have the most influence.
    (9) Identify a solution instead of complaining.
    (10) Replace self-doubt with faith-talk.
    (11) When things look hopeless, remember 'with God all things are possible' (Mark 10:27 NKJV).
    (12) When you feel alone, think of those who've helped you and who love and support you.
    (13) Pray for guidance when you're in over your head (see James 1:5).
    (14) Rest when you're tired, but don't give up. Finish strong in everything you do.
    (15) Remember you 'can do all things through Christ' when you think you can't (Philippians 4:13 NKJV).
    (16) Recognise what you can't control, focus on what you can, and surrender the rest to God.
    (17) Exercise physically if you can, to give you strength and lift your mood.
    (18) Laugh to reduce stress, strengthen your immune system and improve arterial blood flow.
    (19) Be grateful. Research shows that people who sent a letter or email of thanks to someone who helped them, stayed in a better mood for up to a month.
