Forgiveness is associated with better overall health and satisfaction with life.
    (2) University of Miami researchers discovered that prayer and religious practices improve your ability to pursue and achieve long-term goals. Prayer affects regions in your brain that improve self-control, and people who view their goals as sacred are more determined to attain them.
    (3) A research study conducted by the University of Wisconsin-Madison concluded that victims of abusive relationships recovered a positive self-image and reduced their emotional pain when their lives included prayer.
    (4) Columbia University researchers found that people who value religion and regularly attend church are 90 per cent less likely to suffer from depression than their non-religious peers.
    This is pretty strong evidence in favour of prayer, wouldn't you say?

    Dear Men,
    Children are a GIFT from God. Male or female, it doesn't matter. Accept them all with GRACE. I don't understand this unnecessary fixation on baby boys, as if baby girls are unimportant. Our mentality in this part of the world, is appalling and annoying! Baby girls even take better care of their parents sef. Please adjust your mindset. If anyone is to blame for the baby's gender, its the husband sef. Na wetin you give your wife, she born for you....
    It's not wrong wanting a particular gender. Don't just obsess over it and get depressed. Train your girl child and watch her conquer her world!!

      Leave them sha, I don’t blame them at all I blame God who gave them children for them to be selecting sex of a baby. Some are asking God to open their womb and allow them even carry at least let people see them with pregnant and miscarriage.

      Others are saying father give me anyone just one, then someone has them in abundant but saying I don’t like the Sex of the baby. Whoever is still depressed and refusing to care of a child God gave you for free saying is a baby girl may you not see another one. You will frustrate their life cos they are female instead of you to love them as both sex are children.

    This life generally is a school. We learn daily and will never graduate. It's always good to open your.mind when talking to people. An uncle has a very dedicated wife. We love the way the relate as a couple. We see them do almost everything together. The uncle recently joined a department in his company where he is making more money . He is acquiring properties seriously. All efforts to encourage him to buy land and develop to his taste proved abortive. He prefers completed properties. We were talking early this morning as he wanted me to do something for him and I adviced him to kindly ask the wife to sign the documents with the lawyer as he is out of town. The oga told me to hold my advice. In his words. Ada you know I love my wife but she is a woman. I don't trust her with my properties. The children are growing. Soon I will retire and the children will graduate, start work and get married. My wife will be galavanting up and down doing omogwo. I need to hold strictly to those properties so that I can sell any at will during retirement and enjoy my own life too. I don't want anyone to ask me questions on how I use my own money at old age. Hmmmmmm. I can't believe this. My mouth still dey open.

    Reading yesterday's IHN, I was beaming with smiles at Joy's kindness.
    Eka joy is actually very generous. I benefitted from her generosity years back when she gifted three baby girls on the blog Christmas dresses. It's been years now, the dress my girl got was given out few weeks ago, she wore that dress for years cos it was very long and it still looked new. Very quality dress. Joy, your coast will never run dry, you will never know sorrow.
