Stella, GOD bless you for what you said. But can Nigeria youth ever reason properly, No. These wicked elders use youths against youths to achieve their wickedness. What can 1m do when he can create jobs available for them? They give youths peanuts to fight against each other while they sit back and watch them, having secured great future for their unborn generation.
ReplyDeleteI think you are just over exaggerating a good motive extended to the corpers. Sharing the money and the rams should not be a difficult tasks. They know themselves and they are not like beyond reasonable count numbers. If he had given them 10 million or more, you will all complain that he is throwing away Nigeria’s money silly or lavishly.
DeleteA good motive? that's how they turn us against each other. After sharing it to them, how long will the benefit last and they are back to square one. They dangle peanuts, some of us that does not see far or beyond our bellies, will start praising them . What of corpers in other states, can't he as president still send something through their heads to celebrate too. We need good government not all these gifts that does not make sense they give to divide us.
DeleteWhy not create jobs and enabling environment for jobs for these youths. After holding a ram suya party, what next?
ReplyDeleteThat actually requires brain and sense
DeleteHow many of them will the money get to
ReplyDeleteNigeria my country.
ReplyDeleteFather of Katsina
ReplyDeleteOther corpers in other states are then on their own
The 20k and meat he is sharing shouldn't be the focus for young people in their 20s who live in the poverty capital of the world and are not connected enough to serve in states where they have much hope of getting a job, apprenticeship or access to financing for a business or creative venture after service. I just pray the eyes of young people open real fast to the opportunities that are available or missing in their reality and how to leverage relationships to close gaps.
DeleteIt's easy to share if they are in camp. They can either have their kitchen use it to cook their lunch and then use the cash for their bonfire night. Or they can use both meat and cash for the party
