  2. Why Speak In Tongues!!
    1 Corinthians 14:4.

    Excerpts!!

"But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. (Jude 1:20). If you were weak in your Christian life, as you speak in other tongues, the power of God that had lain dormant within you would be stirred and you'll be strengthened to do the things of God"

"There's no limitation as to what the Spirit of God can do in your life if you'd spend time to speak in other tongues every day, knowing that you're speaking mysteries to God, which will provide divine wisdom"

"Speaking in tongues is a great blessing"

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, I thank you for the invigorating, revitalising, refreshing, energising and edifying experience of speaking in tongues. There's a transformation in all that concerns me; my spirit is conditioned for success, excellence, prosperity and victory. As I speak in tongues even now, out of my belly flow gushers of living waters; words of salvation, healing and strength flow through me to my world, in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.

    Further Study:
    1 Corinthians 14:2-4; Acts 2:1-4; Isaiah 28:11.

  5. GIVE IT ALL YOU'VE GOT!

'He...chose...Simon, known as the Eager One.' Luke 6:13-15 CEV

When Ohio State University Buckeyes and the University of Michigan Wolverines met in the 1968 college American football championships, Ohio soundly defeated their arch-rivals 50-14. With a commanding lead of 44-14, the Buckeyes pressed heroically to win a final touchdown. Instead of opting for the normal one-point conversion, the legendary Woody Hayes pushed unsuccessfully for a two-point conversion. After the game, when asked why he had opted for two points when the game was already won, he replied, 'Because I couldn't go for three!'
Giving it your all results in victory not defeat; in satisfaction not regret. Enthusiasm is at the core of every worthwhile accomplishment. Paul writes, 'It is good to be zealous in a good thing always' (Galatians 4:18 NKJV). One disciple in particular was known for his enthusiasm: Simon the 'Eager One'. Before his conversion, Simon belonged to a militant nationalist party committed to Jewish liberation from Rome. By grace, Simon the political zealot became a spiritual firebrand whose passion channelled into the gospel of Christ and his Kingdom.
The word enthusiasm comes from the two Greek words en Theos, meaning 'God within'. Christian enthusiasm is God-inspired passion, driven by the Glory of God, directed by the Word of God, dedicated to the Son of God, and derived from the Spirit of God. When it comes to loving and serving Christ, giving it everything you've got is the only way to go!

  7. ```Just a gentle and soft reminder that Jesus is still knocking at the door of our heart.

Give him a chance and let him be your personal Lord and Saviour.

If Jesus could save Paul of Tarsus, then there is no vilest of offender who truly believes in Jesus that will not be saved from his sins.```
    Accept Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour today my brothers and sisters;
if you haven’t taken that bold step, I will love to invite you to repeat this prayer with me๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

“Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God and Savior of the world. I believe that you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I believe that through your sacrifice, I am a new person. Forgive me for my sin and fill me with your Spirit.
Today, I choose to follow you for the rest of my life as my Lord and savior in Jesus name Amen.”๐Ÿ™

  18. Good morning All. I have this severe pain on the sides of my lower back which has spread all through my lower back. When I press the spot and release, it leaves me with throbbing pain for about 3 seconds. Been to the Dr's and gone for tests (blood and urine) as well as scan to rule out kidney infection. The test came out fine but there's ovarian cyst of which the Dr said it isn't so much of a problem considering the small size. I've been given antibiotics for infection. I was also given muscle relaxants (celebrex & Sirdalud) but it doesn't seem I'm taking anything as the pain is getting worse. Saw another Dr, he recommended massage...done that but no improvement. Has anyone experienced this, please?

  22. About raining here this morning.

Yesterday I was invited to an occasion. I tried to dodge it due to some reasons but I couldn't as the host kept calling me to know my location. Finally I did. It was fun yesterday getting to meet people, laugh and interact. I enjoyed my stay there.

Enough drinks and food of all sort. I just took a bottle of Heneiken and some glass of wine. Don't wanna get drunk. Ate some fish and chicken

At the table a young man seated with us kept us entertained. Very brilliant and knowledgeable man. When he mentioned his age as 40, I was shocked. Shocked in the sense that at such age, he has gotten almost every good things of life. I later found out he's an oil mogul.

I think all I can say is that, some persons got it right earlier enough in life.

  42. I am certain that most Nigerians of reasonable hearts that love Nigeria with patriotic zeal are worried as I do that since the nominations and selections of presidential candidates of APC and PDP, the two candidates have not told us what they will do differently to return Nigeria to the part of democratic and economic growth. The two candidates have not told us what they will do differently from what PDP did in 16 years and what APC has been doing since 2015 till date that will promote and uplift the welfare and wellbeing of ordinary Nigerians.
The two candidates have been treating us with absurdities of arguments of who told the best of lies. The two candidates Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu have consistently engaging themselves in media war of what happened or not happened between them when they both engaged in political conspiracy to wrestle power for their personal political comfort.
I think Nigerians are tired of these antiquated political messages that seem to lead us to no where. Indeed these two leading politicians have been part and parcel of the processes that brought us to the state of anomy that we are now from the early 1960s or at least from 1978 when we started the current journey of civilian rule.
Our economy is in total ruins. Our educational systems from primary to tertiary institutions have completely collapsed. All that we have in Nigeria are health killers not health centres. Our security system is getting to near zero security.
Our social infrastructures are completely in bad state. Electricity distribution and generation are in comatose despite humongous amount of Dollars that were pumped into it. Corruption and corrupt ways of doing things have become legitimate and legalized. None of these two leading candidates can preach the rule of law to me and any fair minded Nigerians with patriotic commitments and love for Nigeria.
These two candidates spent humongous Dollars on delegates to dollarised their ways into the presidential candidates of their parties. Can they stop diverting Nigerians attention and reel out their Programmes on how they intend to eradicate corruption from Nigeria. I want to hear from them what they intend to do differently from what they have been doing since 1978/79 when civilian rule started in Nigeria.
I want them to publicly declare their assets and tell Nigerians how they come about the stupendous wealth they displayed. How much taxes did they pay and they have been paying. The blame games of you asked me and I did not ask you, or you lied and I did not lie or present yourself for long interview and such mundane issues are clearly not what Nigerians want. Let them tell us that in their quest to rule Nigerians they will not deliberately violate the electoral and other laws of Nigeria.
They should tell us how they will operate a government that will promote the spirit of citizenship and not the current spirit of idiots that permeates all strata of our society.
We want to know what they will do to promote institutional independence for institutions in Nigeria. Will they allow the judiciary to be independent. Will they allow sovereignty to belong to the people. Will they be accountable. What are their blue prints of developments of the economy and political. What will they do with their stupendous wealth and properties they have in overseas. These are things we want to hear and know not mundane arguments that are not adding values to the wellbeing of Nigerians and Nigeria state.
