    As much as it is in your power, live in peace with everyone, especially your neighbors!
    Truth is, if there's any emergency, your neighbors are your first respondents, not your village meeting people, or your church members, colleagues or friends. if you are a troublesome person who has quarreled with all of them in the yard, OYO is your case oooo.
    Meanwhile, those 'area boys' in your area ehn, show them love once in a while o. Because, "leave am, na my person be dis", has saved a lot of lives and properties.

      Yes I live in peace with everyone but I don't have any of my neighbour's phone number. I did rather call my church members who live in the next street, not that I have issues with my neighbours, no but God blessed me with wonderful church members turned family ✌️✌️✌️

    Every time you get in a hurry mode, you send a 'state of emergency' signal to your body. And it responds by releasing the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol that prepare you to deal with danger. The body cannot distinguish between physical danger, or the danger of losing your job, or any other form of stress and pressure. It only knows that action has to be taken and that it must energise you to deal with it. Now, this is a good thing if you're indeed physically threatened. But to live with your body constantly on high alert is like fighting a fifteen-round nonstop boxing match. Sooner or later, you pay the price in the form of heart disease, ulcers, forgetfulness and a multitude of other conditions.
    What's the cure? A-B-C: Awareness, Belief, Change. Become aware of your continual high-gear mode and what part you play each time you hurry. Ask yourself, 'How could I have prevented this?' Believe that the Holy Spirit will give you victory if you ask him and begin to change your behaviour. Change - consciously slow down. Talk slower, move slower. 'Haste makes waste.' Haste causes duplication of work, accidents and other things that result in wasted time.
    Question: are you speed-reading today's devotion? If so, this is the word for you today: try taking twice as long to read and meditate on what you're reading, and ask God, 'What are you saying to me? What changes do you want to bring about in my life? In what ways do you want me to improve?' God is not in a hurry, so slow down and get in sync with him.

    The only best type of delivery is SAFE DELIVERY not vàginal or cs delivery. Because you pushed 5babies out doesn't make you stronger than a woman who had children through cs.

    SAFE DELIVERY is the goal,it's not a pain endurance competition.

      Have you checked your blood level, I don’t know if there is any drug for dizziness but try and have enough rest, take more fruits, take enough water. Avoid stress for now, please stay in one place so that you will feel better.

      There are plenty drugs to manage dizziness, but go to the hospital do they can diagnose the cause of dizziness and take care of the underlying cause.
      Dizziness is always secondary to something else happening in your body.

      Bend over to let blood flow to your head when you feel it coming. There are many causes so you should go to the hospital, especially if you have noticed other symptoms. Also drink enough water and ensure your sugar levels are OK.

    🌧 Monday but still greatful to God for life, weather, happiness, good health, peace we are enjoying .

    Today made it 1 year that my friend had an accident on a bike that almost took her life. Thank God she is okay, fully recovered, her skin came back normal. You will not believe it that she was the one that had an accident 4th July 2021.

    Father thank you for quick recovery, thank you for not allowing death take her away from us. I celebrate you my friend O……

      My husband's niece left to join her husband in the UK less than 3 months after marriage. She didn't use a visa agent. Pls use reputable sites on Google to find out how u can go about it. Don't dash agents ur money for something u can do on ur own. If I can reach her soon, will ask her for the things she did to get hers

      If you are legally married, you can go through the Spouse visa route just visit UK gov website and look for the requirements. Like Eka pointed out, you dont necessarily need an agent it is pretty straightforward. Just look up the requirements and start gathering your documents. The main criteria is he has to be earning above 18600
