      Anon 19:32 I hate chores too but I don't have a choice at this time of my life. I do them grudgingly.
      When I become rich and can afford a maid or help, I will hire one to do them . He or she may not live with me but come and go back home. The only chore I enjoy doing is cooking 🤸

    Rather wash 100 plates than to iron one item of clothing

    That’s why I haven’t worn 80% of clothes in my closet because they need to be ironed first and I ain’t doing that 😂😂😂

    Both are serious punishment to me. If it's a matter of life and death, then I will choose washing of plates but abeg anytime I wash finish, take am like that. Thanks.

    When I was younger and depended on people to survive , I did both so much just for few cups of rice and transport fare. Now I don't need to do either again before I survive.
    Life was hard on me but it was all for the better.
    Hmmmmm Nostalgia.

    I have a friend. Only girl and the last born. First time I spent the weekend at her place, she was so shocked to hear me ask for an iron and then see me iron my dress (for service the next day). Said she had never seen a female iron clothes before and since she can't either, she didn't see the need to own an iron. That day, she got her neighbour's own for me. I helped her iron hers too.
    Whenever I go spend some time at her place, even if it's for few hours after the close of work, I helped her iron some for work/church.
    Before, I left that state, she had gotten herself an iron and started ironing her clothes too. 🙂

    I'll gladly iron the clothes.I really don't like washing plates, especially when it has been left for a long period or overnight sef cos of the odour.
    When I was with my mum, we all wash our plates immediately after eating.

    Formally ironing seems like a big work for me but am getting used to it cos it makes stuches looks neat, and ironing and sewing goes hand in hand

    I hate ironing to the extent that I make sure that fabrics or new clothes I buy, I make sure they don't need ironing!!! If it rumples and needs ironing before wearing, I don't care how fine it is I'll not buy it ooo!!! So na washing plates I dey

    I hate ironing. Infact I can't even iron. My late dad used to iron my clothes till he passed on last year. Now it's my husband that does all the ironing in the house. I intentionally buy clothes that doesn't require ironing before I wear

    I do both very well. Was trained to not rate one chore above the other, I did every chore, so now none is hard or easy for me, they are all the same and I do them well.

    Information nobody asked for but I’m going to say anyways : I wanted to get a blog ID because I’ve been here since about 2012 or so especially last month when Dante was moving mad in my comments and Stella wasn’t approving my comments but was allowing Dante to comment , it pained me well well.
