DeleteLet me use the lady in my office as example. Because she is the oldest (not age-wise) in the department, she feels she knows it all. She is not ready to teach and if she sees you trying to study a file, she becomes jealous and threatened. She doesn't want anyone to know anything so that they will be calling only her when they need anything.
