  1. He Gave Us His Name!!
    Philippians 2:9.

    Excerpts!!

"At the mention of the Name of Jesus, the Bible says every knee should bow. This is the sovereign decree of Almighty God; it's a law in the Spirit-realm. When the Name of Jesus is called, everyone submits to it in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth"

"He gave us so much authority so we can fix things in our world"

"He gave us His Name so that we can use it to dominate and influence this world for His glory and establish His righteousness in all the earth, and we're at it"

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, thank you for giving me the Name of Jesus to live by and function with in the earth. When I make requests in that Name, they're granted; this takes the limits off life. I can do all things and become as successful as I desire because I've been given the Name of Jesus to live by. Hallelujah!

    Further Study-
    Acts 4:9-12; Colossians 3:17; Philippians 2:9-11.

  2. DEVOTION
    PROVERB 16
    1
To man belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the reply of the tongue.
    2
All a man's ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the LORD.
    3
Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.
    4
The LORD works out everything for his own ends-- even the wicked for a day of disaster.
    5
The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.
    6
Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the LORD a man avoids evil.
    7
When a man's ways are pleasing to the LORD, he makes even his enemies live at peace with him.
    8
Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice.
    9
In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.
    10
The lips of a king speak as an oracle, and his mouth should not betray justice.
    11
Honest scales and balances are from the LORD; all the weights in the bag are of his making.

  3. SPEAK WHOLESOME WORDS

'You have been trapped by what you said.' Proverbs 6:2 NIV

Stormie Omartian says: 'Early in my walk with the Lord I spoke many negatives..."I'm a failure," "I'm ugly," "Nothing ever goes right," "Nobody cares about me,"...[Then] the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart..."Death and life are in the power of the tongue" (Proverbs 18:21 NKJV). I had been speaking words of death, not life. One clear example had to do with my speech problems...'
'Stormie continues: '[When] I was old enough to afford professional help, I worked with a speech therapist...I practised day after day, year after year, to gain...little improvement...I still lost my voice...halfway through each [speaking] engagement..."I'll never be able to speak right," I cried...But as I spoke those words...the Lord [said]: "You're bringing death to your situation because you're not speaking the truth...Do not speak what you think...or what seems to be truth...speak what you know to be the truth of my Word...'The stammering tongue will be fluent and clear' (Isaiah 32:4 NIV)...'I have put my words in your mouth'" (Isaiah 51:16 NKJV)...Soon after, when I was asked to speak at a...meeting, I took my fears...to [God]...and...spoke [his] truth instead of voicing my own negative opinions....my talk went so well...an entire speaking ministry opened up...'
She says, 'The Bible says, "You are snared by the words of your mouth" (Proverbs 6:2 NKJV). That includes [your self-talk]...Wipe [out] words of hopelessness, doubt, and negativity from your vocabulary. [They] may seem harmless...but [they] affect your body and soul...Speak words that reflect the wholeness you desire.'

I saw baba Tinubu's son during APC primaries (for tv). Very grown and good looking young man. The first question that came to my mind is.. why can't this baba sponsor this his son to become a governor even president self. What is wrong with our fathers. You have the money and connections. You cannot hold APC flag how then will you hold a pen.

    2. Listen to yourself. This is why our country is in such a poor state. So because he is grown and good looking and happens to be Tinubus’ son he should automatically be presented to us as a governor? Nevermind, he’s a pothead or inexperienced or unqualified. Just analyze what you wrote. This is so sad. I bet you’re educated too. SMH 🀦🏽‍♀️

    3. The question isn’t what is wrong with our forefathers. The real question is WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? Are you not tired of these politicians playing nepotism with our future, our country. We have Nigerians who have gone to Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge and so on yet you want them to keep recycling their over pampered unqualified offsprings and shoving them down our throats. What does his good looks have to do with anything. Why not ask first and foremost, what are his qualifications. Haven’t you learnt anything in all these years. What did we benefit from Dimeji Bank-Ole upon all his grammar and looks. Was he not shoved down our throats strictly because of his family ties?
So Atiku, Obasanjo, Saraki, El-Rufai and the lot should all pass the power down to their kids, who are not even in touch with what’s going on in Nigeria? My goodness, you really have to snap out of your slave mentality. Jez!?!?!?!?!

Burglars came to our house, cut the burglary and took phones and all, my question is ,we have a security in the house, he's an old man,who claimed to be an old soldier, he doesn't wash cars cos he's old, he only sweeps the compound and open gate when we are driving out, my point is ,I'm thinking we should sack him,cos how can we have a guard and we will be robbed,he was not even aware until we told him, I think the purpose of having guard has been defeated, mind you ,this is second time such will happen, the first time ,these people tear net and use stick to search, but they were jot able to take anything, we've installed barb wire now,so I think we should tell the man to go, please advice, we are 4 flats in the compound.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. How do you expect someone doing the task of two people or more to be active at night when he's most needed? Only him sweeps and he's still meant to watch the gate and watch over four flats.
Sweeping the compound can get a young one tired not to talk of an old man.
Your security guard is not meant to wash your car, visit car wash centers.

I’m currently at the phase thag I don’t know what’s wrong with me and what I can do to help myself. I really want to leave this country but I have not made attempt to do so. I dream but don’t actualize. I’m scared of reality. I have been like this since I know myself. I don’t know with the present situation of things if I can leave for the US with 8m. I also don’t know how to go about it.

It’s only in this Naija I see that gateman will wash cars, bath Dogs, go and buy fuel, go and buy food, sweep compound, infact another name for gateman in Naija is anywork.I thought their duty is to mainly watch the gate, secure the building make sure not just anybody can stroll in past the gate and protect the building from thieves and burglars. My friends place everytime I go visit her, their gate man is not always around,Ask where is Matthew,he went to buy fuel for flat A,he went to fill gas for flat B,he is washing car for flat C πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚is this part of his job description.
One day they said the gate man went to look for fuel during fuel scarcity and he spend the whole day at the filling station and got back at night and 2 generators had bin stolen from the generator house.
