Men and especially women pray, fast and meditate that their love interest love them back every day. Many submit pictures to pastors and prophets to pray for them. At the end of the day, this still some traditional worship version of it. They are not so different.

I love the way you keep up with me. However, the fact remains that there are people raised in such religions and believe systems. So that is their go-to solution to things, just as quoting the bible is yours. Not everybody is a Christian. People still go to churches where they shout DIE DIE DIE, and because they shroud it in "jesus" name, you believe they are not diabolic? They share "holy oil' to single ladies in churches to put on the pictures of their love interests and because it is given by a pastor, it is not diabolic? Or you don't know they submit pictures to pastors and prophets? You need wisdom and a bit of stepping back and taking a helicopter stand over issues so you can at least see different perspectives on issues and sound like someone who does not has a bowl of spaghetti instead of brains sometimes.

DeleteI am a practicing Catholic. I am a Marian. I am a practicing mystic like my patron saint, Padre Pio (google him) a Catholic saint. I am a humanist like my matron saint (Mother Tereza of Calcutta). I have liberal views too on some issues born out of personal experience and human right.
I hope you research these points and give me some breathing space every once in a while.

I want to see this boldness of bible thumpers in Muslim - majority areas of Nigeria instead of just looking for happy people to attempt to frustrate. You carry God within you as do other people. If it is not clicking, be a bit more direct with finding out why or move on as it may not be the right person or time. There is someone perfect for you. The desperation is so blinding that these people don't realize that if you have to pay for it, it isn't love.
I love Padre Pio and Mother Theresa so much. She didn't care at all about religion. She loved and accepted people for who they are irrespective of your religion, she never tried to convert anyone. People converted on their own because of her. She recognized and respected people from diverse religions.

DeleteFunny thing is that all these are just placebo. All u need to get the love of your dreams is a strong belief that it will come to pass n continuously imagining how life with ur love will be without allowing doubts to interrupt. Rituals are just extra things people do to cement that belief. If u don’t believe then it won’t work. It is the belief and envisioning your love without any doubt that cements your desired end with them into place and brings it to fruition. Not juju or voodoo. Plenty passages in the bible discuss manifestation.
