  1. What a very sound without sounding political correct interview.
    You need to read/listen to it.

    There's need for us to AWAKE o. It is no longer a story ooo

  2. What these kidnappers are doing is atrocious. God will judge them.
    However, let us see the bigger picture;
    Deut. 26:12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;

    So when the monies meant for the orphans, widows and strangers (homeless) are consumed by the Levites (preachers/priests) alone, there are consequences. See the practice of this OT scriptures in Acts 6:1-6, 1 Tim. 5:2-9
    Where are the "list of widows" (and their kids) whom the churches feed daily today?

  4. Just coming from In House News where Teejay was promoting this story as his captives being Fulani Herdsmen. Checked online and didn't see any reliable media company reporting it as such. Teejay, you see this ethno-religious tension you and your Ipob cohorts are promoting ehn? I no go talk too much before Stella swallow my comment. But continue. 😎

    1. Essah drop your number let me forward the video to you. The Prelate said it in the video while addressing his people. Stella can still do justice to that if she will share the video for us here. Go and look for the video and listen to it and not what the media are reporting. Listen from the victim's narration.

    2. EESAH,

      The clergy man said they were Fulani though he also said that they are from Sudan but the one he spoke mostly with was born in Umuahia.

      Having said this, let's stop this back and forth about the origin of the kidnappers.

      There are kidnappers of all ethnicities! Kidnappers in the North and kidnappers in the South.

      We should be more concerned about what to do with these animals rather than continually engage in silly ethnic arguments! Our leaders are busy throwing us crumbs to fight over while they are robbing us blind!

    3. Anon, if they don't add a touch of Fulani Herdsmen to this story, how are they going to justify the killings on going in the southeast being perpetrated by Ipob? If the clergy says they were Fulani, then he is an Ipob supporter no doubt about that. No reasonable human will see this story being linked to Fulani Herdsmen and not know it's a lie. If you check where that particular story emanated from, you'll see it's an Ipob site or channel

    5. But I said it the other day na, it was funani herdsmen that started the killing in East,and I’m sure there’re the people parading themselves as ugm. My people are not known for killing.

  5. I laugh on how daily post are aiding Fulani herdsmen kidnapping in their reportage. This is the work of brown envelope journalism. So bad and terrible that the Media are no longer what it used to be or known for. The mainstream media are now reporting the kidnappers as "hoodlums" cos they are Fulani. If they were indigenous people, it would have been called Igbo or IPOB/ESN. You will see the media hurriedly report it and throw aspersions on the Easterners. Do you see how the media works? 😁😁😁😁😁

    From the viral video online, the Methodist Prelate categorically stated it clearly that, it was Fulani herdsmen that kidnapped him in collaboration with Solders. So why are the media sugar coating it? Why not quote exactly from the horse's mouth? Why covering those responsible for it?

    Do you see why I dislike journalism in Nigeria. It's one-sided.

    1. Teejay and EESAH,

      ENOUGH!!!!

      The citizens are bleeding and you both are so he'll bent on who is right/ wrong that you both deviate from the real issues to focus on the inconsequential!

      HUMAN BEINGS are being murdered on a daily basis. Period!

    2. So a Fulani group will go to Ipob's territory in present day Abia and abduct a Methodist Church prelate? Interesting 😎. He even claims there is a viral video created by Ipob and posted online as to this effect. 😎.

  6. Stella you did not post all he said. It is the Fulani men herdsmen that kidnapped him. There were army checkpoints on that road, yet he was still kidnapped. Paying 100 million as if the church is contesting presidential election.

    Good for people who voted change. At least next level change we are in. Maybe if them win na upper room change dem go give nija

  8. I don't know how true it is , but I heard the Catholic church do not pay ransom money if a priest is kidnapped. It is believed that once you are a priest or bishop ,Rev sis, your life belongs to God and so you are dead to your family . So if you are kidnapped, nobody will pay. Maybe that's why the Catholic priest are not been kidnapped because of course we know the church has money for stuffs like that but they wouldn't pay.

    1. That's true. A priest was kidnapped in Sokoto since two weeks now. I'm not sure if he has been released. I don't know why CAN to the government isn't protesting for his release.

    2. Yes oh. Catholic priests are literally matyrs. They take an oath of celibacy, obedience and poverty. That's why it's best for them to be unmarried. Can you believe till date with all the religious tensions in northern Nigeria or any war zone in the world - Catholic churches and Priests will always be there.. that is their calling..

      I pray these kidnappers and killers face judgment, this is wickedness. That is why justice matters.

  9. How old is he? Thinking all that money going into the hands of criminals when so much hunger is around. They shouldn't have gotten a penny.

  10. I really hope Nigerians open their eyes, read in between the lines, and see what's happening in Nigeria. Nigerian's haven't realized they are at war. What's happening now is just part of an elaborate plan which actually started unfolding YEARS ago. Those still supporting, and rooting for incompetent people to become president in 2023, haven't the faintest idea what they are doing to themselves, their children, and Nigeria.
