  2. After telling us the "height of disrespect," you should also tell us the "width, depth and diameter/radius" of respect.
You and your husband has depth of (ego, trust) issues. I am married. I work, sometimes nights and we handle challenges of
what he wants to eat and all that. Find your depth in Christ and know peace. Shalom

    1. My dear, my husband and I talk immediately after our morning devotion; about what we both like to eat for the day.
And who should buy what while coming back from work, if need be. As you spread your mat, so shall you lie on it.

    2. Over Sabi Annonymous. If you don't have a good advice for her, just respectfully move. The way people lack empathy to others problems this days eh. She simply seeked for advice, even if she can do better or not, or you know better or not, you shouldn't have included * as you make your bed, so shall you lie on it** It zeroed out your **perhaps**, good suggestion,. Morning devotion Kor!, Discussion on what to eat Ni!

My dear, this was planned. he knew you would object to making fish peppersoup. the girl was already waiting for his call with her well rehearsed speech. she aint going nowhere for any fish. my advise? be still. ignore this and be your normal self. it is not easy knowing how women are wired. but be still. it is either he is trying your patience or he wants it to go south. be still. good luck.

  4. I don't think he's in his right sense, if he wants a house wife ,then he should marry his side chick. And for you career woman, you can either choose to be a first wife, divorce him or a praying wife. Peace be unto your home. Some men are as$ hol##s.

    1. That cuss word was not necessary. Besides, the man isn't here to collect it.
Since she does not want to be "a house wife," then she should not complain.
A lot went wrong in this marriage and she is sharing the surface scoop with us.
      The rot is deep

  5. Disclaimer: the husband is totally and completely wrong and lacks respect for the wife.
Now, however, the Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct. Most that make unreasonable requests are completely aware their request is unreasonable. My gripe is with the Response of the poster. A Diplomatic 'it might not be possible but lemme try' would've saved us this chronicle but No, Wokeness and this need to 'prove something' won't let us consider shifting grounds. Was it possible if she had wanted to? The husband just proved it was (as wrong as that was).
The Takeaway- Diplomacy and Compromise is key and is the strength of Nations, O ye mother of Nations.

    1. There is no wokeness here. A woman can be tired. She is human.
If he wanted fish pepper-soup, why didn't he buy the fish on his way home, and give to the wife to cook. Lets always be considerate.
So after all that, the next thing is to call a lady to prepare it for you? Is that the definition of marriage to you?
So if a woman asks her husband for money, and he says he does not have for now, the next thing is to put your phone on speaker and call another man???
Let him go there and eat the pepper soup abeg. Dont give yourself unnecessary headache. If you have enough love in your heart, you can ask him what he wants to eat the following day. Or he can as well keep eating at his ‘saviour’s’ place.
      Mtcheww.

    2. Why would he ask of such when they both work and come back home in the evening? If he wanted to eat pepper soup why didn't he tell his wife before she leaves work so that she can arrange it on her way home??
      The man is an idiot.
They know the type of women they try this type of nonsense with.
