DeleteLemmi tell you how i almost "disappeared" in the name of loosing wait. I started ordering pineapple every morning as breakfast. Once driver drops me in the office he goes and buys me those small size pineapples that are very sweet. I eat just Pineapple around 10am and i am not hungry till after close of work. then i eat dinner around 6pm. My husband eats mid-night snacks a lot and i dont know how to not indulge with him but i still went from from 71kg to 62kg in 2months. I ate anything i liked on weekends but on potion control. Google says pineapple is the only fruit that tried to eat you back (digest you) which is why your tongue begins to taste funny when you drink water. Pineapple digests protein and your body is made of protein.

DeleteDon’t know how it’s done now but promotion during our time(5 to 6) was based on your academic excellence and score in the last three terms amongst others..
For example we were more than 60 students and not more than 20 or soo were promoted based on those aforementioned criteria,it has nothing to do with if you participated in the graduation stuff or not,and if it’s about the grad fee;you can still pay later.
You have to know the criteria for promotion with your child’s school now so kindly inquire from the head teacher or HeadMaster/Mistress..
If it’s the normal class promotion after 3rd term,it’s a must for every child that passes..and grad fee shouldn’t be an hindrance except the rule has changed now..

DeleteBarb your hair,like starting afresh. Use wig till it grows.ori soften hair and scalp so you might want to use it less.
DeleteThey probably use styling gels. Ecostyler gel is one.
DeleteSpray water to dampen the hair, apply gel and tie with scarf for a few mins to "set" it before going out.
Get ORS products( conditioners, leave in conditioners and other treatments). You can also get Cantù products. Though expensive, but you will get the curly results, silky and smooth.
DeleteThe cheapest products you can buy to get the look is 1. Ambunu also called karkashi leaves. Ask northern women for it. Or ask those northerners who sell spice or veggies. You can buy online but would be more costly.
Delete2. Leave-in conditioners or pink oil.
3. Shea butter also called ori or okuma.
Soak 2 tablespoons of ambunu in hot water for 15mins. Squeeze out using a sieve cloth or pop socks. Use the slimy substance, apply leave in and seal with shea butter. Your hair would be super sleek.
