The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has finally unveiled Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State as his running mate.

ReplyDeleteThe choice of Okowa is a very poor choice. Wike should have been able to pull more weight than Okowa. Okowa doesn't have that follower-ship and command. He wont even win Delta state for PDP. I have read comments from people from his own village and area saying they wont even vote for him.
PDP will now rely on Northern votes if not, it will be a dismal outing for them.

Obaseki and Okowa did not try at all. I have cut off most of my Edo and Delta friends. Very crafty set of people, especially Edo! Is only about what they can get from you. Please let everybody line up behind Peter Obi. Yorubas are still the best tribe in this country If Tinubu picks a Christian from .the South East, then he still has a chance. ReplyDeleteI think he made a good choice out of all the southern governors since the party wanted him to pick one of them. VPS are not that strong or are expected to perform any big role except as assigned. Even governors most of the time do not pick strong deputies that are too ambitious. South East governors in PDPdid

ReplyDeleteI will make it clear that no politician is a saint, but now there are certain character we look out for, those that failed in smaller positions can not and will never deliver Nigeria. Regardless of the person's religion, ethnicity, region etc as long as the person will deliver that's all.
Tinubu has failed with what he said publicly few weeks ago, that's a serious red light but because of sentiments many people still find him attractive to fit in this, like how? Somebody that can barely carry himself due to old age and probably some health issues, it's not normal that someone like him is been considered in the first place, secondly he's not a good role model, he's a good role model only to touts that's just the harsh truth. Somebody like him will drown us completely.
Open your eyes and vote wisely forget sentiments.
