And do you know why you feel resentful? Because you are thinking resentful thoughts. The same is true of anger, worry, lust and other destructive thought patterns.
    Jesus said, 'You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free' (John 8:32 NLT). When you base your life on truth - when you live with the right kind of thoughts, not misconceptions or false beliefs, and you base your life on thinking from God's Word - you will be set free. You will find your old habits, feelings and actions beginning to fall away. When you focus solely on removing bad thoughts, you create a vacuum into which the bad thoughts can return. But when you replace bad thoughts with good ones - scriptural ones - you are empowered by God to live the life of blessing he wants you to enjoy.

    Who has seen "Morbius"? Haaaaaaaaa e make sense wella. Please watch it o, I recommend.
    After watching "we crashed", "House of Gucci" and now "morbius", Jared Leto is becoming one of my favorite actors abeg, he's really talented & cute o, hehehe.

    Another movie (series actually) I recommend is "savage Beauty" its South African/English but really interesting.

The Muslim members asked her to withdraw that" Jesus" she said, she refused. So they threatened to deal with her. She replied... Holy ghost fire, nothing will happen to me, then further states that the WhatsApp group after all is for discussion of class assignment and information, not the nonsense religious posting

    Asides from certain phases in your menstrual cycle like ovulation, menstruation and post menstruation, bloating is mainly caused by what you eat.

    Try the elimination diet, a lot of people have dietary intolerances that they don’t even know about!

    Gluten, dairy and certain vegetables make me really bloated. I barely eat pasta, pizza, bread, pastries these days because they make me really bloated. Pizza is even the worst because it contains both gluten and dairy, the very rare times I eat it, I literally see my stomach go from being flat to swelling up like I swallowed a basket ball and it’s quite painful. I mistakenly had creamy pasta yesterday and by the time I had eaten just a fork, my belly was already protesting furiously lol.

    So Google “elimination diet” to learn more about it. You basically begin to slowly eliminate certain foods In your diet in order to pinpoint the particular food that’s causing an adverse reaction, in this case, bloating.

    Start with eliminating foods that contain gluten, beans, leafy veggies etc and see if there’s a difference.
