DeleteMajor challenge of my work at this moment is heading my department, I head a department of over 15 men as drivers in the organization that I work. What most of them think is that I am a lady, not married and I have baby face so most of them believe they are older than me.
ReplyDeleteYou give them instructions based on what management has said they will do as they like. It hasn’t been easy on me but what should I do ， i try my very best to stand my ground when I see some things but other times I still get stir to allow things flow.
I noticed they take more instructions from another gut from another location with according him respect but me they ignore me like I am nothing. I will continue pushing and I pray God will give me more wisdom cos my strength cannot even take me anymore.

So I've decided to do a one week weight loss program to see how much pounds I'll be able to drop, I'm not fat fat, but I've added considerably from what I use to be, the only good thing I like about it is that I finally got the boob size of my choice, I wish I can drop the extra and retain just my boob size. My tummy is no longer as flat as it use to be and that is my main reason for doing this, I love wearing body fitting clothes and its no longer flattering for me, even though my friends said it is.
