Wild fires from the Sun being too hot and too close oh and then becos the sun is too hot, the ice is melting meaning more water......In fact let me stop reading before i develop phobia for rain...

May God protect us all...

The meme below is my favorite, the face cracks me up badly especially after i watched a skirt where it was used... in fact i cut this meme from the skit.

If it doesnt make you laugh, please move on!

Have  nice day inside here and in the real World!

INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD

There are so many books, articles, methods and teachings about the right way to parent. My head spins at times from reading too much on it. There are so many do's and don't. So many parenting approach and homeschooling methods. Everyone of them as it's pros and cons.

As important as being a good parent is, I am learning that you can become so immersed in following all this approach to the tee, that you could lose touch with your child.

Every child is unique and there is no one fit all approach to parenting. Some approaches that worked for my first are obviously not working for my second and vice- versa. I am learning to be flexible (very) in my parenting approach and celebrate the uniqueness in each child instead of comparing.

I am learning to pick what works for me and not get carried away with all the well meaning but not working for me methods and just do me.

I used to compare my Bambinos to some lads in another family...I was always saying L did this and that blah blah blah..... They didnt like it at all and i felt it was working until one day my boy told me that L had failed and repeated a class and asked me what i had to say about it..He asked me if he should also repeat to be like L...

That day was the last i tried that oooh.. Infact now we laugh about it but most important is that i stopped and retraced my steps....
This motherhood eh na full course oh.

PINKYS CORNER

WONDERS SHALL NEVER END

I saw someone yesterday at Dugbe where I went to get some foodstuff as my money reach now🤦. The person was our neighbor those days at Mushin in Lagos state. He is now an old man.

Immediately I saw him, I remembered what happened then. He was an Oluso in one C&S church(let me call this man James). Brother James was staying behind our flat and it's hardly you see or come across flats in Mushin most especially Ojurin then, what you see is, a compound jam-packed with single rooms and toilets built in between.

Uncle James will always tell us to serve God and he is this kind of person who does Igbele for people and it is Igbele for mostly women and young ladies. So, one day mum traveled and my elder sister told me she was going back to school which I said no wahala, not knowing she came back same day at night and sneaked into bro James flat knowing fully well that mum will not be back till like a month or so.

I never knew this man had been using his anointed gbola to do deliverance for my sister until one day, I don't even know the spirit that pushed me to go peep at his Window, then I saw my sister, siting and watching movie with just pant and bra. Jesu. I quickly rushed back to our flat and started thinking of what to do then I arrived at going to one of my sister's friend's place to check if she was at home.

Fortunately, I met her and asked her if she was not going back to school , can't remember her response then but the response made me understood that, there was nothing to do in school then. I kept calm and allowed her to enjoy herself, I never knew when she sneaked out after spending like two weeks.

she came back home after three weeks of her lies🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣..emi ika.

When it was time to go back to school because lectures has started proper, I called her and told her all I saw, she denied it at first but when she noticed I was so serious and I meant everything I was telling her and my voice was going up,she begged me and we forgot about it but I told myself, I will revenge because this is a man who will come and advice my sister in presence of my mum and even scold her.

Not long, a lady came to pay uncle a visit and I heard the lady na their last born for house, see me see happiness🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💃💃💃💃. I started talking to her and from there we became friends, and she was fond of me. To cut the long story short, I knack the sister and mine was even worst, we did it in their flat and he caught us one day and uncle was trying to say nonsense and even decided to flog me but when I opened my mouth to tell him his dirty ways with my sister,he was shocked and restless, I rushed out of his apartment, till they packed out of that place, he was not comfortable with me.

When I saw him yesterday, I greeted him and exchanged contacts, wanted to ask him about the lady but I no wan open injury again.

I sent him a text this morning but will still ask of the sister later ooo

LMAO!!!!

This is a case of do me i do you!... know you are mature now and wont try it again... sometimes we walk away especally when it is pushing us to revenge the most...Hmmmmmmm

TEEJAYS CORNER

Years ago I had some financial difficulties and I needed help so badly that I picked up my phone and scrolled to see if there's someone I could put a call across to for some sort of help.

I discovered all what I had in my phone were just numbers and not contacts. What I mean by 'contact' in this context is well to do connected individuals.

I was disappointed that the people I had their names stored therein couldn't do a thing for me, for 95%(percent) of those names were just random persons and few neighborhood friends and relations.
It was then i understood the need to build a good circle of successful business friends.

I had to sieve my contact list and some names made it to the diary, Of what use is it having over 200+ numbers on a phone and you can't boast of a single help from anyone when you need it the most?

Some persons add no positive input to your life and having their numbers occupying space in your phone does no good to you.

I started making good business friends and circle but one thing is very important here. Be honest and transparent if you must succeed and go further in life. Some people don't get help in life cos their first impression when they got help initially wasn't impressive.

 I will explain this.

When you get help and promise to pay back, it's very important to keep to time and if possible before time. It creates trust and further assistance when next you come calling.

Again, when you default over a repayable arrangement with your creditor, know that you've ruined a chance and not just from that person alone but to those that may hear about it. This could be one of the reason some persons who have heard about you will never trust their assistance to you not because they have done a thing with you before but on what they have heard about you.

Another aspect is that, in creating a successful business minded circle and building friendship, how helpful are you towards others? Are you always on the receiving end or you are a giver as well? Where I come from, people keep a register and take notice of your contributions during occasions such as wedding, burial, child dedication and even business assistance. Reason is that, a kind act is always reciprocated. YES, you read me clearly.

Among the circle of business friends I have built in the past two years, are two great guys in POS business. In an occasion of an emergency business, i can always count on them to send the money and i pay back the same day or the next day.

I also return the favour when they need cash..

I transact business with someone on this blog and Once I put a call across to her and say what i need, Before I could finish speaking, she has started processing it. We haven't met before and our location a distant one. On all the times she had delivered to me, she didn't see alert before doing them. Most times I pay after she delivers or even the next day. You know one good thing about this person, she's always happy and ready to deliver in good time. The reason for this trust is because i have never defaulted to pay.

In the world of BUSINESS, be trust worthy. Let people count on you and be the ones offering you help.

Trust creates an endless possibilities.

So when next you talk about not getting help from people, think if at any point you have ruined an opportunity. Again, ask yourself if people can actually trust and count on you.

Nice one!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Robbers enter a house, asks for all the money and valuables.
After they collected what they could, they gave the man of the house a gun with instructions to shoot his wife or else he would be shot. The man took the gun, pointed it at his wife but hesitated.

He was thinking of what he had gone through in life with her and how she had   sacrificed for him. He handed back the gun and said, “I am sorry I can’t do this…''

The boss of the robbers took the gun from him and passed it to the wife with the same instruction. The wife took the gun and without hesitation points to her husband’s head and pulls the trigger.

ALAS the gun had no bullets in it.

The robbers took their gun and exited the house laughing.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION

1. If you were the man in that house how would you react towards your wife?

2. If you were the wife, what explanation can you give to your husband!

3. If you were invited to bring peace between this couples, what advice would you give?

LOL:... this is tough oh... As the woman i dont know what i would have said but lots of women may do the same thing she did up there because women react too fast to things.....

This does not also mean that this is how all men would have reacted oooooh

If i am the wife i will tell the hubby that the robbers already told me there would be no bullet...lol

  1. Before you agree to sign any document as Guarantor, Reference or Witness please ask questions for proper understanding of the agreement.

    Let me update you all:

Guarantor: If u’re a guarantor on someone else’s loan, u’re promising to the lender that you will repay the borrower’s loan if the borrower does not repay. If u sign as a guarantor on a loan contract, that is legally binding. Only agree to be a guarantor if u can afford the risk.
Reference: A reference is considered to be just an introduction to the borrower, like a character reference.

Referees should not be subject to what is written in the legal agreement. There should not be any obligation to repay someone else’s loan just by being a referee.

Witness: Technically, a ‘witness’ is meant to provide confirmation that a contract or transaction has taken place; for a loan contract, a ‘witness’ should not be expected to pay the loan amount  if the borrower cannot repay the loan.

Be cautious of signing a loan that uses this term. Before signing, clarify exactly what the obligations are - specifically whether you will be accountable to pay the loan if the borrower cannot. - ALIYU GIWA

    2. Teejay, I learnt a lot from your writeup. If I am the husband I will look into my ways and know I must have been a pain in the ass. As the wife, I would tell him why it was so easy for me to pull the trigger. How the husband feels is irrelevant.

    3. Legally correct. Lucid explanations.

But when yawa gas, especially where the principal debtor or obligor runs away, Nigerian security agencies and creditors treat guarantors, referees and witnesses all alike. Even Banks warn not to be referee for a person you do not know very well. Also silently one of the reasons Nigerian banks encourage new customers to source references from only their existing customers.

But what embolden him to think anybody would believe such assertion? That is food for thought for the woman involved.

May God help us to keep a public persona that would be difficult to tarnish with lies or half truths by those who have seen or have been with us in private.
