      It's because EFCC staff are "a 10% cut per loot commission".
      They have taken their cut before politicians buy gifts.

      The man in Delta State who collapsed,he spent so much on party delegates,while results were being collated,the criminally minded clowns changed his name and hailed him then at last he had few votes and lost.
