ReplyDeleteI know it’s not easy but maybe she should just divorce the man because he’s hell bent on marrying mercy, the excuse he gave was that the his first wife relocated back to the States, since he’s a Muslim he’s allowed to marry two wives, it’s the way and manner that he went about it that is not good but having said that, the man knows that is wife wouldn’t agree to him marrying another wife. Unless the woman solely built the house and the documents are in her name, once a man marries two wives, whatever property acquired together becomes for both of the wives, unless the court says otherwise. I pray for God to take control of the situation.

In Saudi Arabia, the cradle of Islam, first wife signs an agreement before husband can marry a second wife and that practice is usually by rich men that can keep them in separate apartments.
