DeleteI think you need a friend/ lover who hates cigarettes or alcohol and is very brutally honest with you about it. I met my hubby like that, smokes cigarettes in packets daily plus Indian hemps, I hate it and was blunt about it with him. I met a white friend online, alcoholic, I hate while on video calls, he is drinking himself to stupor, I became blunt about it with him, he told me started since 17 years and in his 30s , but when he sees i feel bad about his situation and blunt about it ,he has never tasted alcohol for a year plus now and this is less than 4 years we met. You can quench these types of addiction when you are feeling the effects of hurting someone you care for, sense of responsibilities will start creeping inside you, stay away from smokers friends, my hubby smoked sotey there's a permanent cigarette hole on his lips as years goes by, it is closing gradually and this the 19th year. You can achieve it.

DeleteI understand your frustration, unfortunately the hair products I use for my natural hair is not sold in Nigeria. My hair is so soft,long and easy to manage.
DeleteGet a spray bottle and spray your hair before combing,then use any good oil of your choice,leave in conditioner and ecostyler gel to style your hair. Get a satin scarf,tie your hair after styling for about 10 minutes so that the gel can stick properly and last the whole day. Coconut oil is not good for every hair, it makes some people's hair very dry. Aloevera oil is wonderful,watch videos on YouTube to see how it's done. Dark n lovely 3 in 1 shampoo and conditioner is very good and quite affordable
I hope this helps. You can also do braids that will last for 3 weeks to a month,that way you manipulate your hair less,making it grow more. When you have braids on, sprinkle with water,and use olive oil hairspray that way your hair stays hydrated .

Delete1) Go to Blogger.com and sign up first..Then after signing in,visit the Blog and locate the "comment Box" on any post of your choice(You would see your email signed in from the Drop-down menu)..
Now click on that letter "B" by your left which is where your photo is supposed to be displayed..
2) A page would be shown,then click on "EDIT PROFILE" at the top,by your right..
3) Scroll down and locate "PROFILE PHOTO" then click on "CHOOSE FILE" and select any picture of your choice..
Be patient and allow it load properly(a spinning circle) then scroll down and click on "SAVE"..
4) To edit your BLOG ID,scroll down and click on "PROFILE NAME" then edit it to any pseudonym of your choice..
