  2. Good response. Not everyone has it natural like Susu who snapped back like pregnancy never happened. Even her famous Large and nose looks so perfect now.

    1. Sapphire, Susu works out regularly and Banky even said she works out more than he does. I bet she eats clean too. So it's not correct to attribute her well toned post partum body to nature. She worked hard for it.

  3. And I want to gain weight. Pls who know of foods I can eat to gain weight. I don't want tea or drugs to avoid health problems pls.
I currently weigh 70kg, but I want to go back to at least 85kg. My previous weight was 98kg.
    Thanks in advance

    3. Anony 2, I don’t know if you are a lady or a man, I believe 70kg is an average weight for a woman and 85kg for a man. However, if you insist on weight gain, add at least 100g of peanut butter to your diet daily, this adds about 560 calories to your usual daily food intake. If you can, make it yourself at home (way better than the store bought ones, no harmful additives). Here’s how; buy 500g of grilled and salted peanuts/groundnuts from your local supermarket or the bottled ones if you live in Nigeria. Pour into a blender and keep blending until you get the creamy consistency you like. Please do not add anything to it, no salt, no water or oil. Pour the creamy peanut butter into an airtight container like a mason jar. It can last for up to 6 months when stored in a cool dry place.

    4. 70kg is good na. In my opinion you are very ok depending on your height sha. I weigh 49, i am 33 and have 2 kids. Waist size: 26
Hip: 34. And i’m very healthy. The thing about weight is, i noticed it’s mostly genetic.

    5. 70kg and you want to gain weight? Have you checked your BMI?

    6. Sweetheart hope ur tall. I'm 5 ft 3 and weigh 83 today. Will be down to 70 kg as that is an ideal weight for a woman my height. My mom weighs 75. Shame catch me when she told me😂We all carry weight different but I don't think 85 or 95 is an ideal weight 4 any lady under 5'5. Don't use unhealthy naija beauty standards of big yansh to determine ur weight. Too much weight on body is unhealthy

    7. My mistake. Just checked 65kg is an ideal weight for a 5ft3 woman

    8. Anon 15:45, 70kg for 5 3 is obese to be honest. Ideal max weight is 57kg.

    9. Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. Let me explain better for clarification. I used to weigh 98kg and I felt so bad about my weight. I had hips ass and all. A brief sickness made me start losing weight fast. Now I am healthy and the weight is not back. People are talking and I am starting to feel less confident for being slim. And the sad part is that my slim body doesn't look healthy even though I am one hundred percent healthy.
Same people telling me to reduce my weight, are same people telling me to add back that inlook sick, but I am not. I am female and I am 5"5.
That's why I need to put some weight on.
Thank you everyone. More suggestion are welcomed 🙂

    10. Anon 16:12 you better don't allow what people say bother you, rather do you.

    11. Instead of yoyoing back and forth between weights how about learning confidence and self esteem?
It must be exhausting listening to everything people say and going ahead to implement.
Kudos from someone who has never tried.

    2. "Thank God Teddy likes his women thick", BamBam is the true definition of submissive woman according to Naija men's definition. She seems to live for Teddy A. I hope you are able to have YOUR OWN identity and personal ambitions.

    3. @HRH yoruba women are usually trained to be blindly submissive tbh
