Its another beautiful white Saturday... Its been snowing here since Friday and i love the view despite the cold.
Those of you complaining of heat and no light can collect some cold air from me...LOL.
I have been reading Whatsapp complaints from Nigerians about how expensive pure water is now.... I even read where they say if you leave the pure water on the floor that the taste changes to something horrible..... My mindset concerning pure water is horrible, if i say it some of you will throw up now... Make we leave am so!

Anxiety empowers and enlarges the problem. Your best problem-solving resource is always peace. Fear and anxiety block solutions; answers flow more easily and naturally from a peaceful state of mind. And God's peace is always available - if we choose to use it. Paul writes, 'When the Holy Spirit controls our lives he will produce...in us...peace' (Galatians 5:22 TLB). Refuse to let negative emotions run amok or decide your response. Jesus said, 'Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let my perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge]' (John 14:27 AMP). You have options; you can choose between peace and inner conflict. In the same verse, Jesus also said, 'My [perfect] peace I give to you' (John 14:27 AMP); it's like the exchange of executing a will. When someone dies, they leave their most cherished possessions to the people they love.
Just because Jesus left us his peace doesn't mean it automatically operates. Plus, when we lose our peace, it's harder to hear from God. When Paul says, 'Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace' (Colossians 3:15 NIV), the word 'rule' means 'to govern and to control'. So instead of letting yourself get anxious and panicky today, choose peace.

DeleteThis is for the poster in search of a job, 2020/2021 was horrific for me as I was out of a job and I was running my postgraduate studies at the same time. I wrote a chronicle about been jilted by my boyfriend of 5 years. Unemployment plus heartbreak. The state government job I was banking on didn't pull through. A relation promised me a job but jettisoned me at the last minute. I was depressed and ashamed of asking friends and my parents for money. I have a messy past but all this began to happen the moment I turned to God. I kept praying to God for a job that will fit into my academic schedule but which employer will allow one combine studies and work? Besides, I don't really have any skills outsides my area of specialization in Education. When God showed up for me, he did everything to the last letter. I got a job that pays me about 400k as a remote teacher, which means I have time for school and other things. I laugh whenever I remember one of the reasons my Ex left is because I was a teacher earning 30k. One thing I do remember is I used to pray I would one day earn so much that my 30k salary will be my monthly tithe. I am living in that reality presently, it is my prayer that my present salary also becomes my tithe. And while. I thought I lacked the skills needed for juicy jobs. My skills set and qualifications were what my employer required. Keep holding on to God Anon. He will show up.

My mind no even ask me why nobody dey near that side. I wan form "woke' ice cream licker. Come pick some other small small things join. For my mind, I no go spend more than 5k.They give me bill of 11,999 naira. My dada stand. I pay. As they give me receipt, ice cream alone na 5,999 naira. They manufacture am for heaven? Small cup oo, cheii God punish devil.I still dey shout till now when I remember am. If to say we dey get light, I for lack am for 1 week make I feel the impact. As I reach house, bath finish. I use finger lick am, scrap everything wey dey inside, nothing remain.Very painful something. God forbid say I go buy anything again for this life without enquiring about the price. Na the shock make me enter pidgin mood. I never speak better English since yesterday night. I am sorry Fanyogo for departing momentarily from you.
