    Good afternoon BVs, I have very low self esteem and I don't want my daughter (children) to be like me, pls I need tips on raising a child to have a very high self esteem, thank you.

      You need to raise yourself first.
      You cannot pour from an empty cup. Children are constantly imitating their parents.
      Whatever they see you do, they will do. If they see you cowering like a door mat, allowing your husband and everyone else around treat you shabbiliy that is what she will imitate.
      So chin up, start acting walking confident.
      People slouch like slaves, dragging their feet and its so irritating. Read books to boost your confidence, look at women you admire and imitate positive areas you want to replicate in your life.
      Watch movies, listen to podcasts etc etc.
      To make things faster, you can utilise a Confidence Coach.
      I'm happy you understand how important having high esteem is. People lose so many opportunities in life not because of lack of skills but because of lack of confidence.
      Please believe you can become anything you want to be, no matter your age.
      Wish I could offer more advice but my fingers are almost frozen.

      Stop trying to impress people on social media. Speak the truth at all times. Don't try to belong. Do the right thing always and teach your kids the same. A clear conscience fears no accusation. In summation, you must be Godly. It doesn't matter what everyone else is doing. Now that is where the problem lies. If you don't want to be a good person full of love to people around you, you can never be happy and you'll always suffer low self esteem.

      Hi Apple of God's eyes, I prepare my oat swallow same way with semo,set the pot with the quantity of water on your gas/stove, allow to boil,then Pour blended powdered oat into the pot,and start stirring with turning spoon.Stir till it starts to form and solidifies into swallow,serve and eat with any soup of your choice.

      Oat swallow is easy to prepare. Blend the oat flakes, bring your water to boil and add some of the powder and turn like your normal poundo. Once its well mixed, add some hot water, cover and allow to cook for five minutes, turn mixture again and your oatmeal is ready. Note that you shouldn't make your mixture too thick as oat swallow gains solidity as it cools.


      Option two is to bring your water to boil, make a paste using the oat flour and add to the boiling water. Stir until it becomes thick/solid.

      These are the serpent husbands that we fast and pray against. Tell him you recieved a salary cut. If you are earning 100k, tell him you are now earning 55k.
      That 45k, save it in an account for rainy day. Do not touch that money and make sure there is no ATM attached to the account. Remaining 55 remove 15. Save that aside for yourself after all you worked for your money are you not supposed to chop out of it?
      The last 40, use it for the family, since your husband will not let you drink water drop cop untop of your own salary.
      Hope he brings something to the table apart from penis?

      Your son has allergies. You should never let a mosquito or an ant bit him. Mosquito repellents, trousers , long sleeves and mosquito nets should be your best friends. You can use steroid cream . But only sparingly. Give him portion syrup to to calm the itching down

      Well woman, I guess. I have used it and the result was quite good. Note that you have to do a detox before you go on any of these supplements. Also, you have to watch what you eat, how you eat, sleep well, stay hydrated, use a good sunscreen, take lots of fruits and vegetables and exercise. The funny thing is that if you leave out the supplements from your routine and do all of these things, you would have a beautiful skin.

    Please house help meooo. I have this lovely neighbor. But recently I notice that she has spots all over her face , down to her shoulder. When I enquire: She told me its usually come out any time she's in her monthly flow. But will disappear afterwards.
    I don' t know if there's any advice I can get cause the last time I checked, the spots were still on her even after the monthly flow.

      Use bath soap. Not bleaching soap o and make sure you prepoo before and condition after. You can condition eith oil.

      You can make a sulphate-free shampoo using dudu osun soap. Grate dudu osun soap, add some water. 500ml for one bar of dudu osun soap will do. Allow it melt, add about 10 MLs olive oil/coconut oil or kernel oil and mint leaves (dry preferably. Keep this overnight. Drain the next day and put to use.

      He could be shooting blanks. This pressure sef is another thing. It could be nothing tho. See a doctor if you must but I think they usually wait 1yr or so before these consultations.

      It's not all cervical mucus that's ovulation btw.

      First, get an ovulation prediction kit, track your basal body temperature and get a fertility friendly lubricant. Most importantly, relax your mind.

      Lol you ovulate for sure. But 4 months is not long enough to be declared as having problems with fertility. You are usually told to try for at least a year. However if you want to, you can do see a doctor and both of you get tested to know if or what treatment you need

    Please how can l know when I dey ovulate after my period. My period last for 6 to 7 days, l don't know when l am ovulating. I got married November last year, everybody is asking me how far.

      Best is to buy an ovulation kit. Check online. It is quite precise. Also you can look online for an ovulation date calculator that you can use for free

      18:44, download flo app from play store and sign in. Input your last period date,it will show you your ovulation time.

      @18:44, you start counting from when you started your period. For example if your period started on the first of April,you count from that day. Please try and trace your period from the month of January to April to know your circle,this is to know if you have 26 or 28 days circle. If your circle is 28 days then it means you ovulate on the 14th day from when you started your period.
