ReplyDeleteI find it difficult to fast. Now I can fast from 6am to 12noon. Once it's 11.50am, I've finished cooking what to eat, holding my phone and counting time. Once it's 12 noon, I will rush short prayer and descend on the food. After eating the kind of stomach pain I will experience, but I don't mind. At least it's better than being very hungry. I will definitely upgrade my fasting time. E-choke.
ReplyDeleteYou will surely upgrade. Good luck.
DeleteSee my group member here to fast dey hard me but this Lenten season I dey try 6am to 12 o clock some times.
DeleteAfter fasting, before you eat any food, try to drink at least a glass of water 20-30 minutes before eating your main meal. If you have fruits around, you can eat a banana, some slices of watermelon after drinking water before eating your main meal. It will help to reduce or stop the stomach pain you experience after fasting.
