  2. I like to talk about it. I just want to pour it all out without interruptions and judgement.
If there's no one to confide in, crying😭😢😿 eases that stifling pain in the chest.

  3. The three actually works for me depending on the situation and the person available.
I'm selective when it comes to sharing my emotional affairs with people.

  6. I like to talk about it to someone other than the inflictor because I will be so angry with the person. So I need someone to tell me it's ok to feel how I feel, cheer me up and help me overcome how I feel. I worry alot and talk less.

  7. I like to be left alone,I think straight when I'm alone, the best advice you can get is telling your self the truth.
And if you ain't careful enough during heartbreak you might end up screwing things up just because you are looking for a shoulder to lean on.
At that point you don't think straight, you just believe and take whatever a friend tells you to do at that point without evengeven it a second thought so it better I be on my own space at that point in time.

  14. I prefer to talk about it and let it all out. I don't mind a random person sef. There was a time I was going thru a lot both in my marriage and biz, I was so emotionally down such that I had to cut my hair and tie scarf even to the office. I.lost interest in everything and wished to end it all. I was a TTC mum, biz was somehow, hubby was misbehaving, hummmm. I thank God for coming through at the long run. I almost met people I didn't know in their shops to hear me talk maybe they will understand me and I will be relived

    1. I was always like you, i rather cry at night, or alone, than let anyone knows I'm going through stuffs. Until the day i opened up to my elder sis about something that happened. Just a line of sentence from her and i felt so relieved, that i wonder why i was bearing it all alone, all this while. Sometimes talking about it brings this unexplainable relieve. Maybe to someone you trust 🤗🤗
