In the viral video, The ex governor of Anambra state Obiano, does not appear to be at home even though he is wearing shorts (boxers?) and a Tee shirt....
The video is allegedly from EFCC Detention facility where the Ex governor is being held for alleged mismanagement of over N40 billion while in Office for 8 years...
It's a red chinos knicker not boxers.
ReplyDeleteHe stole alot & security glagencies are on his trail.
N42bn & more he must refund. Or???????
E quick ho construct Airport and many many things, APC give u money to deliver Anambra to them, u mumu gree chop ๐ช, does Anambra look like Imo, Abia, Ebony or Enugu state? The money we generate there alone can mk it times 2 of Lagos without federal government revenue.
DeleteIf not for hatered for 1 another, honestly we for no need this Nigeria aswear down
No condition is permanent in this Life....
ReplyDeleteMismanagement of *42Billion ni oo
ReplyDeleteIf I finally get to the height of financial success, I don't think I will like to get involve into politics. I cherish peace of mind than all this unnecessary wahala. The end is not always rosy. Obiano was doing well before he became governor. So also was Rochas. The greed for excessive wealth made them misued state treasury.
ReplyDeleteObiano, whom I thought was an administrator and a former bank MD couldn't do well in administration.
What a shame!!!
Teejay it takes a very disciplined person to do so.As absolute power corrupts absolutely..
Delete40 Billion dear
ReplyDeleteNot 4.
Shame!
ReplyDeleteTo think he though by now he would be in the US. Let them hold him well.. his 8 years in office is just a waste. No open employment, every form of employment is through I.M or you from his home town.
ReplyDeleteNo open employment? As though the state did not have enough staff already. Some people want govt to create jobs that are not needed which blows their operating cost out of the water and you will start complaining when they are unable to pay salaries.
DeleteObiano replicated what Fashola did with Lagos by working with Technocrats and they created avenues for export and many young people took advantage of it. Instead of being lazy, go and farm Ugu, cassava etc, they have offtakers that will buy them off you in bulk (as long as it meets the approved requirements). They will come and inspect the farm location, soil etc.
I don't care what anyone says about Obiano, promoting Anambra exports and the airport are 2 things I would remember him for, among the many changes he brought to the state. I was one of those that had zero faith in his bility after watching the debate but he proved me wrong.
Tinubu's partner in crime wrote a petition against him regarding how he installs proxies and they misappropriate Lagos states internally generated revenue through Alphabeta and NOTHING has been done to him. He is contesting for President. Until Nigerians stop letting their selfishness get in the way and consider the general welfare of the state and country above self, that country is going no way.
Forget about the job you or your relatives did not get and ask yourself if their was progress in education, infrastructure, healthcare etc.
Looking pitiful๐
ReplyDeleteReally???? ๐๐๐
Delete40 billion????
ReplyDeleteIsn’t this wickedness???
Chai!
ReplyDeleteIn the West, there is a system in place to check managers. Remember how a local council prevented recount of a State vote as wanted by President Trump. Bring the best Nigerian brain from the developed nations and put them into the Nigerian system, they will turn criminals overnight because instead of systems to check them, the people turn around to worship them. Instead of managers, they turn to mini-gods. That's what happened to people like Obiano. There are no checks and balances. Everyone turned to sycophants around him and he saw himself as an emperor instead of a manager of people's resources. Why haven't they arrested Primus Odili? He stole money from his employer in US and was fired before returning to Nigeria to become Obiano's Chief of Staff. Nigeria rewards criminals.
ReplyDeleteIrony of life. Where are all those morons hailing him as "Akpokuodike" wherever he went to massage his overinflated ego? I bet you they have switched loyalty to Soludo. If only sycophants can be outlawed in Nigeria. They are public nuisance
ReplyDeleteIt is left for a leader to create a hostile environment for sycophants to emerge talkless of grow
DeleteWhen a man has integrity, being accountable will never scare him.
ReplyDeleteSo true. In the video, he looked so uneasy.
DeleteNa wa
ReplyDeleteWork that requires public accountability or accountability to a board needs to be taken seriously. For all his years of education and labour this is all he will be remembered for. Sad to see a long career end this way. Those in the position now, and those thinking about entering need to learn from his experience. It is not worth it to end your career in disgrace, especially if it is avoidable.
