      Sincerely, the reason why most people don't like staying in the same compound with their landlord is because, some of these tenant are troublesome and also, dirty. They hate to be controlled and you telling them their mistakes makes them angry.


      If you stay in the same house with ur landlord, once you mind your business, then u have no problem.

      I stay in the same compound with my landlord and we have never spoken to one another for almost 7months now..I saw him this morning and we greeted like friends

      I have not lived in a house with the landlord there but with the mother of the lanlord if that can count

      So far so good we are enjoying the place though the mother died 2years ago, but I don't think I'll have problem living with the landlord if I find myself in such situation

      Do u smoke and get drunk?
      Are u dirty?
      Are u a snub? greet and go to ur flat
      Are u troublesome?like pay for some maintenance and u refuse..
      Are u a gossiper?
      Do u have kids?train them to be indoor and not leaving ur space.
      Will u maintain the property?not waiting for the landlord for every small damage.
      Pay ur rents on time not until u are remained..
      Don't get close to anybody cause some are just ass lickers carrying information to the landlord..be yourself and be nice to everyone..

      Make serious inquiries about the landlord... It is very important. When I was younger we lived with the landlord and the experience was wonderful. We became a family. But the two places I have lived with my own family with the landlord, has not been a good experience. The first was traumatizing.

      For a house to suit me, I don't need Landlord. My friend has been in and out of different police station because of his landlady, the rules were plenty and to think it was giving after he paid, did major pinging and packed in. Rules like don't wash car in the compound, no visitors, I must come in to inspect the house, (if I mention more you all will cringe)... She controls when water will rush in your apartment and what not. Give us back money let's pack out, for where? She no gree. She has where she controls light of another tenant too (her reason is he brings in different girls at night so she won't give him light). That's the light he paid for ooo. Guys, I'm talking about a house of 1.2m for rent. *I CAN NEVER BE FOUND IN A HOUSE WITH LANDLORD OR LADY. I can't hustle and be caged or trapped.

      There are no advantages dear, it's all disadvantages....

      It's mostly couples that can live in a compound that the landlord also lives, cos couple kinda live within the rules..

      If you're single, I'd advise you to look for another place, unless you live strictly by the rules.. no visitors, one boyfriend who the landlord knows, introducing others as your cousin etc.. you choice tho✌️

      Presently living with one,she's a wonderful woman,we all call her grandma. She's sweet with everyone,even everyone on the street loves her, she settle any issue in the compound with maturity. If she travels, we always miss her,and will be disturbing her on phone ti come back quick,may God spare her life till very old age

    I came to rant oo. Pardon me please for It'll help ease the pressure and anger brewing inside me.
    Why will FG have the mind to delay their corpers allowee? People you removed from their comfort zones to an entirely strange place (A no man's land).
    They did same thing (owing) last month and corpers were literally shrinking of hunger and now they've started again this month. It's not fair at all! The pressure/ expectations from home, the pressure from my inner mind, the pressure from friends. Kai. E no easy gaskia! Allowee enters, you give yourself small treat, fiam!! Money don go half. You sub your phone, opari! And they expect us to safe out of this 33k oo.
    What about my home lesson side hustle, the family has been owing me since January. Well, I love the kids and can't stop teaching them. My sewing business nko, you make cloth for some customers at an agreed amount, they come for it and pay you just half of the price with a full basket of complaint of how broke they are at the moment and audio promises to pay up later. I thank God for my loyal customers jare! Those ones are the reason I'm still jn business walahi.

    (3) Realise your assignment isn't over. God showed Elijah there were still kings to anoint, battles to win, and a successor to be prepared (see 1 Kings 19:16).
    Need a reason to get out of bed in the morning? God will give you one! When you're 'down', he doesn't get mad at you. On the contrary, his Word says, 'He will not break the bruised reed, nor quench the dimly burning flame. He will encourage the fainthearted, those tempted to despair' (Isaiah 42:3 TLB). That's the loving-kindness of God!

    Gdmorning ..... I would love to ask doctors in the house especially those resident in Lagos for a good gastroenterology clinic. The clinics in lekki is a bit expensive. Also , BV’s pls is an endoscopy advisable?...I am a bit skeptical doing it . I had an ulcer in september/ October and used the three antibiotics /PPI but I ate any and everything not knowing it will affect my tommy much later. Up till now I can’t eat any food with pepper if I do I have under breastbone pain/abdominal pain / heart burn. I tried the plantain water therapy in December. It healed. I was out of station for work and ate snacks one of the airlines served me and got a relapse of my symptoms. Pls any physician should advise . I have just completed clarithromycin, omeprazole and amoxicillin this February.The stool occult test done in December shows negative.
