“Let me stand today to apologise to Adams Oshiomhole who has been vindicated by telling us that we will see the true colour, the insincerity, the ungratefulness of Governor Obaseki.
“We have voted for PDP since 1999 till now; ask Governor Obaseki if he has done anything for PDP (or) voted for PDP. The only election he voted was his own election – where we gave him an umbrella.”
Obaseki had earlier lambasted Governor Wike after the Rivers State attacked his Deputy, Phillip Shaibu for demanding that they dump the PDP, where, according to him, they have not been accepted for two years now after decamping from the APC.

Wike, PDP is not your sole ownership. The way he carries himself like the lord of the manor, everyone must not do your bidding at all times.

DeleteIs Obaseki an ingrate or nah?
Anon 08:28, I know the role Wike played in the emergence of Obaseki as a governor in his second tenure. He was in Benin all through the election and dislodged Tinubu and his plans. Obaseki trying to bite the hands that fed him is so ungrateful. Just like I will always say, conscience is an open wound which only truth can heal. What if PDP didn't give Obaseki a shoulder? Would he have won Oshimhole and Tinubu combined together against him? Now, they want to leave or asking what has the party done for them.

How is Woke carrying himself as Lord of Manor when Oshiomole denied Obaseki APC ticket and he was running kitikata begging PDP/Wike for ticket, Wike contributed 50% human reason Obaseki is still the Governor today. How dare Philip Shuaibu threaten a roof that gave him shelter? Wike didn't have any issue with Obaseki but the threat by Philip
