    4. Thank God for life. For good health. For the privilege of having a spouse. So many with plenty money are looking for who will marry them. God will overwhelm your home with too much money.

  6. All the comments with names will be "enjoyment" while people will go under Annon to confess. What do I know? Was married for 12 years, the first 3 years was hell, gradually we started understanding each other, that took a whopping 7 years of pure friendship, understanding and selflessness. Suddenly, mother in law started pulling strings and gbam, marriage crashed within 2 years! Gist was she never really loved me... This life... He no balance.. was hoping I will grow old with her and the kids! God is good

    1. Madam why don’t you speak for yourself and go? Just because you had a horrible marriage doesn’t mean that everyone that says their marriage is blissful is lying.

Change your repulsive attitude and stop the projection, you might get lucky next time.

The gift of the Lord makes well and adds no sorry. Your marriage is being filled with the oil of gladness. Things are working perfectly well in your marriage and you will return with a testimony.

    1. Yea, people need to understand that marriage involves a lot of work. It is not just enough to chant the vows "to tend and to nurture..." while doing the opposite. There is work in marriage people. You work it out with fear and trembling just like salvation.

    2. Succinct!

      Do we know each other?

Enjoy your marriage and peace of mind.

  23. Endurance 80% and enjoyment 20%. I am grateful that my marriage has made me discover how strong I can be when being tough is the only option left for me. This is for you single ladies, never doubt your instincts. Be clear on your future marital goals. No one should endure marriage. It is exhausting.

More of enjoyment though as I married my friend. There are highs and lows in marriage especially when financial decline hits hard, no enjoyment anywhere including your parents' house without money. When things pick up, we enjoy ourselves fully. In all, I thank God as my man gives me peace, no abuse of any kind or side chick wahala😁

  35. Mine was endurance. But not really in a terrible way.
I was exposed to sex via abuse at an early age.
I grew breasts and hips really early. When I was 12, I already looked 18. So I was a prey for sexual predators. My dad and mum were away most of the time. My elder bro and sis were like twin. 7yrs and 6yrs older than me. They had their own clique. So I was practically on my own most of the time, as I didn't quite fit into my age group.
Still can't talk about the experiences I had. But it made me become really defensive and angry. I hated men.
But then in JSS 3, I met a man who exposed me to the sweet side of sex.
He didn't force me like others. He taught me a whole lot about sex. He was already in his thirties then. I was barely 15. I became wild and addicted to sex. But saw men only as a tool for sexual pleasure.
Fast forward years later as an adult, I was convinced by my friend's bro to attend a church. I think I genuinely found Christ then. The sermon touched me deeply.
Then I committed myself to the church and left my old ways. I met a church brother who was in a hurry to marry me.
My old self resurfaced and we had sex. I knew something was off. But he insisted it was the guilt of fornication. I believed. And we went celibate till we got wedded. And that was the beginning of the deception. Bro had serious issues with his manhood. When he finally came clean and admitted, there was no treatment we didn't try. But none worked.
There was no abuse. No quarrels. No animosity. We were like roommates. We could gist and flow very well. But the sexual frustration was hell. Especially for someone like me. Sometimes I would cry. I started to drink and smoke to cope. During ovulation, I would subject myself to torturous hours of strenuous exercise to get over the frustration.
He could masturbate and just dangle his thing till he cums. He was a pro at that. At some point, he no longer hid it from me. He just holds the limp manhood and shakes it till it spurts. But masturbation has never been my thing.
I left years later when I couldn't bear it anymore. It was either that or cheat.
