A person has no control over their background or breeding; kindly let us not use it to insult people or disparage them. This is like insulting a person for the colour of their skin or their country of origin - nothing they have control over. Having endured less than ideal treatment from people for not being posh enough, I can tell you comments like this still trigger me and others and bubbles up pain and hurt. Thanks for doing better.
