      Hello;you can get for 20k but the Size(Lenght especially) will not be too much if it's the quality ones..

      If you are in Lagos come to Alaba International,stop at Sunny Bustop beside Access Bank..

      They sell Curtains,wallpaper and the Carpets all around there in Wholesale..

    Martins my gotv doesn't show all channels, i have pressed the reset option a hundred times but it is still the same thing. Called their online representatives countless times but all they said didn't help. My mum is saying she thinks the decoder is outdated. We bought it in 2018.
    Please do decoders get outdated?
    I want to get a new one but i want to be sure the old one don finish work before i get a new one.

      Hello,Take that old one to any of their service centres,its their Job and they have people that would check it out..

      Not sure if it gets outdated but I know it can malfunction or get spoilt..

      When you get there they would update you and can even give you a discount to get another one..

      GOOGLE Gotv service centre(then your location) to get the nearest address..

      Get your designs ready to wear;post very early in the morning on your "INSTAGRAM REELS" OR "FROM 6PM"..

      Engagements are higher and a lot would see your video which you would upload then contact you if they are impressed..

      Also wear your designs and try "TO MAKE FRIENDS" around then use "WORD OF MOUTH" to market your brand..

      You cant discuss five mins with me anywhere I sense Biz and I wont market my smartwatch which I wear or my powerbank😉,that's an example of marketing with your mouth.

      Also check which body moisturizer you are using. I used to make mine shea + coconut oil, and didn't realise that was what was making me sweat so much as the oil seals the skin and air doesn't get in. Since I stopped, I have seen a difference.

      You have to go for scan to check out the size first, don’t self medicate unless you have been to your GP. On the flip side, it collapses on its own sometimes.

      Check the website of the borough or county you live in for their list of pry schools. Most have portals you have to register on and they’ll ask for the council tax.       Walk into any commercial bank if you are in Nigeria or call your account officer to guide you. Just tell them you want to pay school fees abroad. It is done using FORM A. You will fund your naira account and the bank will credit the school directly using the bank rate. But you will need to provide supporting documents like Admission Letter from the school, International Passport, the school bank details. The bank will give you the FORM A to fill. Hope this helps

      Laycon wax. After each session, hair grows back soft and finely..not to mention, the hair starts growing out sparsely.

      For regular shaving.. I suggest you wet your pubic with hot towel to soften the hair before you shave and pat down with cold water and aloe vera after you are done shaving.

      Never shave dry so as to avoid stubbles and ingrown hairs.

      Stop shaving it breaks the hair and makes it coarse and hard, it can also cause bumps and dark area. I recommend waxing, it uproot the hair from the follicle that way your hair grows out fine and thinner, it also takes off dead skin to reveal a bright and smoother skin. Hair starts growing from 4-6 weeks of waxing

      Have you been using the same undies and tights even after treating it? Discard all your undergarments and buy new ones.

      Are you taking any contraception or do you have any implants? Stop/remove immediately.

      If you use shower gel, vagina wash, scented soaps down there, stop 🛑.

      Swap your pads for diapers or menstural cups. Do not use tampons or tissues.

      Minimise your intake of antibiotics and pessary, you are wiping out your good bacteria and making making the bad ones immune.

      Go commando! Especially at home..Air is good for BV, friction and moisture worsen it.

      To add to what Perxian has said,

      - Wipe from the front to back

      -Avoid using harsh detergents to wash your panties. I'd recommend mild, unscented bar soaps

      - Do away with the tights, you're suffocating your poor vagina

      - Take probiotics. It's possible the constant anti-biotic drugs usage has messed up your PH balance so you need pro-biotics to fix that. I can't recommend any particular brand to you, ask a pharmacist about that. Greek yoghurt is a good start as well.

      -MY Gyno told me wearing thongs could lead to yeast/bv infections so you can do away with that for now and opt for cotton panties.

      Looks like you've been battling with recurrent yeast infection, buy Canesten pessaries(insist on the branded) and insert for 6 nights. Like Perxian and snarker mentioned, make probiotics your friend. Buy any at pharmacies around you.
      Greek yoghurt, good ol' Pap too are good sources of natural probiotics. To save cost, go on YouTube and learn to make your yoghurt.
      Stop abusing antibiotics too if you've been doing so.
      Change all your underwear if you can afford to after treating this episode, otherwise, soak all in hot water and sun dry or iron them.
      Stop douching or digging into your vagina if you still do so.

    Doctors in the house, please I have a question.

    I suddenly stopped seeing that egg white I do see during ovulation for the past 4 months. It made me not to know if I'm ovulating or not.

    Went to the doctor (gynecologist) on Tuesday and he asked me about my cycle. I told him that average is 27 days and he wrote a test to be carried out on the 15th of this month.

    But my last period started on the 2nd of February and it was a 25 days cycle. Calculating it the way I was thought and according to Flo App, ovulation is supposed to occur on the 11th of this month.

    Please should I just do the test on the 11th, and not on 15th according to the doctor because by that 15th according to the App, I'm already on my free period. What do I do?

      Hello,if your period started on the 3nd of this month,then your ovulation should start around 14th or 15th of this month,so the Doctor is right even though your period started earlier than expected. Pls carry out the test on the 14th or rather wait till 15th.

    Peanut butter or groundnuts
    Skimmed milk, Tin milk or holandia milk
    Blend together and take every morning, you can also take at night if you're desperate. Add small water to blend if its too thick

      I was able to lose weight while breastfeeding, without affecting my milk supply and quality by portion control, spaced out meals, water intake increase,more vegetables eg, vegetables soup with less oil, salads,low sugar fruits eg cucumber, watermelon, green apple, also sweet ones too but not much.
      I lost weight and baby kept getting fatter.

      You can't really cleanse your blood of acne. But for foods to help your skin, take lost of vegetables and fruits and water. A lifestyle not about a certain period.
      Also, you need skin care products that work and be consistent.
