He said this while addressing State House Correspondents after his meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday.
According to Okorocha: “There was no need to have handled the IPOB matter the way it was handled. Today they have turned out to be terrorists.
“But for me, I don’t see them as terrorists. I see them as children who have not been properly educated on the happenings.”
Members of IPOB have been agitating for the actualization of Biafra in the Southeast and their agitation led to the arrest of the group’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu is facing terrorism charges before an Abuja Federal High Court.

*He has been slamming IPOB, I hope they dont go after him in the form of Unknown gunmen.
😆🤣😂 @Stella and you already know what they are capable of doing.Rochas is right here and forget about the messenger but the message
ReplyDeleteWelcome oooo. You know yourself. No dey disguise...somehow, you cant stay away can't you?
DeleteNo one will go after Rochas Okoroacha. He's of no importance to himself let alone to people. Didn't Hope Uzodinma accused Rochas as sponsor of unknown gun men? Why do people often link IPOB to unknown gun men or every atrocities in the region? Every atrocities now is being linked to IPOB.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow if Rochas's political opponent uses this nonsense he has been spewing as an avenue to attack him, the media will hurriedly accuse IPOB of it. Just like they would have done to his son in-law. If it wasn't IPOB that raised the awareness to the public, they would have killed him and the next thing will be IPOB killed Rochas's son-in-law
IPOB is not and will never be a terrorist. Terrorist are being recognized internationally. Why is it only in Nigeria they are called terrorist?
Justice Binta Nyako in her ruling 2017, said "IPOB is not an unlawful society". What does that mean?
The kangaroo black market court ruling that described IPOB as terrorist is being challenged at the appellate court. The government have been running from that case ever since its appeal.
You called them terrorist yet you are running from their case at the court. Just two days ago, a 200,000 fine was slammed on the Malami to pay Kanu's co-defendant for delaying the case.
Nigeria politicians won't stop amusing me.
