Film Maker Kemi Adetiba Announces That She Is Engaged To Be Married To Boyfriend Oscar...

She said YES on January 28,2022 in Ghana....

She posted...

''We've taken some time to privately enjoy this moment and bask in the celebration of it all. However, we're beginning to understand it might be next to impossible keeping a lid on this for much longer.

After thinking long and hard, we ultimately would love for this announcement to be on our own terms and molded in our own true narrative. Plus, you all here have followed my journey from the start and lovingly root for me - Now if that isn't FAMILY, I don't know what is :)

So dear FAMILY, on the 28th of January in Ghana, delivered as a beautiful suprise and expression of love, and in the presence of some close friends and family, @oscarhemanackah asked that we spend the rest of our lives together, and I wholeheartedly said YES... without a single reservation.

I would like to add here, that every single friend or member of my family that conspired in this suprise proposal, should just be on the look out for my retaliation... Cos it'll be merciless!! 😏

Oscar and I shall share only as much of us as we're comfortable with. No more.. No less. We hope you will respect this, and bear with us in this regard.
Thank you for the overwhelming love and kindness you will undoubtedly show us as we count down to more festivities and the rest of our lives together. There's not an ounce of anxiety in this place.

Oh... And before you say it... Yeeeeeesss, he knows he's a very VERY lucky man 😝 but the beautiful thing about our connection and journey so far... Is that I know I'm a supremely lucky woman too.
Please wish us well and keep us in your prayers πŸ™πŸΎ
Here's to New Beginnings!! ❤️

(*ps* We planning a REAL "Wedding Party" y'all πŸ˜‰) ✌🏾️''

  4. Stop posting your happy news on social media! Gold is found deep deep inside the ground. Keep things to yourself. If this engagement gets called off na, you'll say village people.but you're the causer of the causes! Some go do photoshoot come post big pregnant belly to show they're really pregnant. Imagine this thing o like in those days, like that time when people go just go guardian newspaper say them get news to post, imagine someone on the queue saying, ' I'm here to post about my neighbor who keeps stealing my pot of soup from the kitchen. I'll like to defame his character'..nor be the same things wey people dey do today on social media? Every small thing them go post. Your better give your sense brain and your brain head. See your head like your head.

  16. This is for our single ladies who think age is no longer on their sides. Kemi is 42yrs, never been married. She got engaged @ 42, and will probably wed @ 42yrs. Keep keeping faith alive, keep believing and trusting God for your bone of bone no matter your age.

As for our ladies that will send in chronicles stating their age 25 , 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 with "age is no longer on my side", take it easy before you enter one chance.

    Congratulations kemi

    1. What does age have to do with saying congratulations and preaching to young ladies, anytime a mature single woman says she's getting married. As if she's getting married to herself. Why do i keep seeing people mentioning her age in comments everywhere. The man too is in his early 40's. Nobody is using him to preach to single men about waiting for God. This is how you guys give backhand compliments and make other single women feel bad. The same you preaching don't put pressure on yourself, is doing the exact same thing but with backhanded complimentary motivational speech talk. Oscar is in his 40's too, never married as well. Stop making it look as if, finally Kemi is getting married. Oscar too is not a young boy. Use his age to preach to men too

    2. Wise words.

    3. Which one,comment or reply?

      Delete
    4. Anonymous 19:16, it has everything to do with age. How many times have you seen a guy mount pressure on himself cos of age? How many times have you seen a guy so desperate to get married cos of age? How many times have you seen a guy marry wrong with his eyes wide open cos of age?

Most ladies are desperate to get married cos of age. And the worse part of it all is that you will see a 25yrs old send in a chronicles with "age is no longer on my side.

So my comment is to encourage single ladies that no matter your age, keep believing God cos He will definitely do it for you.

If you didn't see any form of encouragement in my previous comment, then you clearly have a problem.

    5. 19:16 that escalated really quick! I really don't see anything wrong with what she wrote, it's simply an encouragement. Why are you being so touchy? Nothing stops you from focusing on the guy if you choose to, that is your prerogative as is Diamond's to encourage the females.

    6. You spoke well @Diamond. Thanks for encouraging single ladies

    7. Anon you and I know that most women feel more pressured about marriage than men ,I dont see anything wrong with what Diamond typed ,sometimes let's just chill and assimilate.

      Delete
    8. I agree with you Diamond. I prefer people getting married within that age range. You go into the union matured and experienced.

    9. Diamond thank you.
These smelling backhanded compliments from beetle brains are Uber nauseating.afi biology, afi clock.
No wonder we have so many 'please hide my IDs'.
But then what can one expect?
