Actor Lari Williams Dies Aged 81 Years

Veteran Nollywood actor, Chief Lari Williams (MON) of Village Headmaster fame has died at the age of 81.








He passed on after battling a long time illness and passed away in his home in Ikom, Cross Rivers state on Sunday February 27,2022.


He is known for his roles in popular soaps such as Village Headmaster, Ripples, Mirror in the Sun.

He was a poet, playwright and celebrated actor both in stage and on screen.

  
Chief Lari Williams was the first president of the Actor’s Guild of Nigeria and he enjoyed a career that spanned over five decades.
