I am an Optimist
ReplyDeleteNo retreat,no surrender 🥳
I am a realist.
DeleteI think a lot, which makes me always hopeful. I am an optimist
ReplyDeleteI can be both! Depending on the circumstance
ReplyDeleteYes. Realist too. I face reality no matter the situation.
DeleteSame here
DeleteMy new year resolution is to be an optimist. I’m earnestly trying my best to see the positive side of things even in uncertain situations. I’m doing this for my mental health.
ReplyDeleteI used to be a pessimist and I noticed that Being pessimistic is very stressful and deprives on of peace of mind.
I used to be pessimistic cause of fear of the unknown. But not anymore. I am now optimistic because I trust God. He never fails.
ReplyDelete👍
DeleteDon't let fear push you that. You are want you believe and think. Pessimists are always afraid that they can do it.
DeleteThis is so me but this year I am trying to be really optimistic and put my hope and trust in God.
DeleteHope,hope,hope!!!...it's what keeps me going...
ReplyDeleteIt both depends on my mood and what is involved.
ReplyDeleteI'm a realist..
ReplyDeleteI take and see things by what it is,no emotions attached to judgement,no false hope to myself, friends or loved ones..
Bad outcome,I learn and move..
Good outcome;I appreciate and put more effort..
Makes me very careful and calculated with choices and decision of life..
@MARTINS
Thats whats up
DeleteI’m a realist. I see things for what they are and deal accordingly
ReplyDeleteI think I'm both, but I'm more of an optimist than a pessimist.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I'm scared to take some decisions.
I'm an optimist. Where there's life, there's hope
ReplyDeleteI like your spirit. Imagine someone has started this year with begging, I mean lazy ones that don't want to go out and see what the year brings.
DeleteI'm always optimistic.
ReplyDeleteRealist, my Melancholic side gives off pessimistic tendencies at times.
ReplyDeleteMe too
DeleteSo I surround myself with optimistic people.
I'm an optimist sometimes to the point of delusion. I see the glass half full in every situation
ReplyDeleteA realist. Whatever happens, however it happens, is all good. We Move!
ReplyDeleteI've grown to become a realist, I take things the way I see them, the way they are. I hardly take things at heart these days or let things bother me. I believe what ever happens, happens for a reason.
ReplyDeleteI'm an optimist. In my work environment, I hardly take no for an answer especially when I see the end of the situation even before it starts.
ReplyDeleteI visualize things a lot and I weigh them using realistic measures and once I see them becoming real, I can't agree even to the tiniest negative opinion.
By the way, me being optimistic doesn't mean that I ignore realities and life's troubles rather, I approach them in a more productive way; taking my loss as a lesson and restrategizing on new and better ways to approach life. I think that this way, I've been able to be genuinely happy even in cases people term as odd. This way, I'm depression free, anxiety free and my lifespan is on the rise😄😄
@ Fresh Fruit, your view epic !
DeleteI am a realist. I see things in black or white, no grey areas.
ReplyDeleteThis can't be absolute, as l assume there are some grey areas in life, and this is where you have to make decisions, to either be on the white side or the black side.
DeleteOptimist and realist but being optimistic dominates
ReplyDeleteSame here, Optimistic and realistic in my expectations
DeleteI am both and also a realist. I call a spade a spade.
ReplyDeleteNo person can continually be on either sides of this divide.
ReplyDeleteLife happenings, will make you switch sides per time.
When you are happy and hopeful you are optimistic but when you are sad and hopeless, you are pessimistic.
My view 👀
Fortunately and unfortunately, I am both
ReplyDeleteI use to be a bit of a pessimist but now I'm making conscious effort to be a constant optimist.
ReplyDeleteI am an optimist beacuse that is what it takes to get a sweet palmwine from a palm tree. *Sips palmwine on a palm tree*
ReplyDeleteI am a person of faith
ReplyDeleteWith God all things are possible
I'm an optimist because I'm not comfortable where I am
ReplyDeleteLike Zendaya said "expect disappointment and you'll never be disappointed"
ReplyDeleteI'm both but I'm striving to be optimistic because it's the best
ReplyDeleteBoth
ReplyDeleteI went to Google their meanings cos I didn't want to assume I knew them. To my surprise, I used to think I was a pessimist but it looks as if I'm an optimist oh, Lol.
ReplyDeleteReasons
1. I always expect good outcomes
2. I expect good from people
3. I'm of the strong believe that goodness will always prevail over evil.
But I grew up a melancholic. Maybe that's why I thought I was a pessimist. I've really evolved though. I didn't even realise. Hope my reasons count? I'm all for absolute good nowadays.
