Just like I can easily switch my accent.. It isn't learnt.. Can't switch my accent to sound American, when I wasn't born there nor grew up there.. But being British by birth and Nigerian by origin. I can easily switch my accent between the two.. Born British, grew up mostly in Naija, been back to birth country for a little over 20yrs..so of course my accent will switch depending on who I converse with.. Now that is what you can adaptability..
You don't even have to be born abroad and have an accent before Nigerians hate on you, just study English and know your phonetics and have good diction, Nigerians will ask you why you are not calling 'father' fada.
