(2) Support godly leadership. The Bible says, 'Righteousness lifts up a nation, but sin is a disgrace in any society' (Proverbs 14:34 GWT). Take an interest in their decisions, and praise those actions which show God's influence at work.
(3) Get personally involved. Edmund Burke is attributed with saying, 'All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.' One person, plus God, can change things. So endeavour to be that person!

Yesterday again proved to me that I made the best decision of being a children teacher. Can't even imagine a Sunday without them. When I was relocating, these kids were crying, thinking I won't be regular cos of distance. But God is faithful, helping me to be with them despite the distance.

I am anonymous 12:21, bvs judge my comment, does it look so bad for the child to make mention of my dad? SDK refused to enable my reply to the child. SDK you are encouraging such rudeness by withholding replies to untrained children here. I am 55yrs old and I respect myself, I don't insult nor make derogatory comments but these children that refused to recieve home training come here to throw insults even when you don't deserve it. This is one of the reasons why I only give to married people here because they are mature and have seen life. These little boys and girls don't know what life is, that is why they insult anyone on social media. I pray they don't learn the hard way.

ReplyDeleteWent to make my daughters hair yesterday, the landlord have 2 wives the second wife lost her son who went to swim, she came home crying bitterly and the iya ile (1st wife) and her daughter did not even show empathy to even stand up from where they were sited.
Upon enquiry why they acted that way, learnt that they had a heated argument on sat, which led to them making some statements, statements....like I go show you, you go see watin pass your eye, and not up to 24 hours she lost her Son

ReplyDeleteI heard a gist over the weekend,and I've been thinking how dumb some single ladies can be,a lady was gisting her friend of how her married lover took her for family planning,so he can do her anyhow without fear of pregnancy, ,tomorrow now ,if she suffers any complications due to the family planning and have delay in child bearing,somebody son who is innocent will start casting and bidding, funniest part is you van suspect this girl, cos of her church girl appearance, me I sha put mouth for wetin no concern me and told her the repercussions of what she's doing, and how the man is selfish and wicked,if she like make she no greet me again
Na wa ooo... For a married man? And it's most likely the man has kids. This our gender sef 😔

Three men visited a car stand. They asked for the price of a 2013 Toyota camry and the seller told them the price (say 5 million naira).
They asked him for his account details and after 2 days, 3 million naira was transferred into his account.
Immediately after the transfer, they came to him and told him they are sorry but they couldn't complete the cash; (i.e they couldn't complete the N5m) so the car dealer should refund them N2.5m and keep the other N500k on it as fees for inconvenience on his part. The car dealer happily did that and was happy he got N500k as fees for doing almost nothing.
Fast forward; 3 days later, he had his car stand invaded by F-SARS and anti kidnapping squads. They asked if he was the owner of the account, he said yes and nabbed him immediately He admitted to ownership of the account; then it dawned in him what was really happening.
The guys were kidnappers and they used his account to receive kidnap ransom of N3m from the families of the kidnapped victims making him culpable in the offence. He paid them cash with no trace and they made it look like the 500k was his own share of the loot! Now he is in very deep trouble but it could have been avoided.
That's it people, stay safe and be very careful. Don't go looking for quick cash or commissions without doing your DD (Due Diligence). Let wisdom guide you always

I normally have my period on day 28, I can say since when I started menstruating it has been like that. But for the past few months now I noticed it has changed, I've had it on the 25th day, 30th day etc, I think something is wrong somewhere. Please enlighten me, guys. P.S: I'm still a single lady and I just clocked 30. Thank you all.

ReplyDeleteThe other tenants refused to cooperate and pay light bill so we were disconnected almost two weeks now and they don't even care to find a solution, if I bring up the issue they will say they are broke, the light should remain like that. Why are some people like this? The heat is very serious, our phones need charging, our rechargeable lamps too need charging, what of ironing of clothes? Heating water? Boiling beans? The usefulness of electricity cannot be over emphasized. End of rant.
