Delete@God's grace..wash your plantains and peel of ( I hate this process tho,cos it's unripe) chopped into tiny pieces and blend with lil water,blend till it's smooth then pour into your pot(preferably non-stick pot) and cook,you have constantly turn it to avoid lumps..turn till it gets hard and done,some changes color to yellow or white depending on the specie of the plantain! Allow it to cool off and serve with your soup
