      Please i need advice.
      My elder sister has been job searching for years now. She was with etisalat before they rebranded and laid off some staff. There is a job opening at my place of work, but my concern is: will we be able to keep things official. Also, she will have to be reporting to me. Also, if I bring her in, my superiors will know she is my candidate, because I will have to pull some strings. I would have loved for her to be somewhere else, but knowing that what she is doing now is nothing to write home about and she really needs a job, puts me in a fix. What do I do? The last time there was an opening, I brought in someone I know, but is not related to me. That way if you're not performing I can put you in line, and if there is any issue, I can look the other way and just expect you to do your job. Really, really in a fix.

      Anon 10:10. I understand your predicament, but she is your sibling and if you can do it for an outsider, why not your sister. Have a one-on-one discussion with her, lay out the rules of the job and tell her there's no room for sentiments in the office environment, she must do what she's employed to do without attaching unnecessary emotions to who calls the shots; you as her superior. If she agrees to your terms and conditions, please give her a chance.

And as a spiritual leader, there is another potential pitfall: trying to get 'a word' for others because they happen to be bothering you. Let God straighten them out and get back to where you belong! Paul wrote, 'We will boast only about what has happened within the boundaries of the work God has given us' (2 Corinthians 10:13 NLT).
    Your authority and anointing depend on being where God wants you to be, doing what he wants you to do. When you're driven by ego, or other people's expectations, or a goal God gave to someone else, you're setting yourself up to fail. You must hear from God for yourself. If you're assigned you're confined! You can't go where you like and do as you please, so ask God to crown your efforts with success. If you're in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing, don't let pride keep you there. Pray, 'What does my Lord say to his servant?' Then, do it!

    I know this isn't my business but it hurts me. There's this guy that I always go to his store for POS because of his good customer service, he's very friendly and always ready to help. Few days ago I went to his store but neither him nor his sales girl was around, it was his wife that I met. So I made transfer and they didn't see it immediately cos network was bad, so I had to wait. She kept calling her husband at intervals to confirm the transaction but all to no avail, so I had to wait. That was when this lady started calling some guy like that, professing love to him in my presence!!!! She kept saying how much she missed him, how she wants to see him again even though it was not up to a month they last saw and kept calling him BABY, while she boldly called her husband by his name. Gush, I became uncomfortable.
    It hurts me cos I know how this guy hustle just to make ends meet. I admire his intelligence and strength, he has opened two different POS stand in the space of two years and some other side businesses all because of his young family. What do humans really want? You just had one child and you've already started misbehaving?, a marriage that's is not even up to 2 years.
    My advice to ladies is this, if you know you can't be patient with a guy who's still struggling, please don't even give his proposal a second thought. I don't know how they run their family, but I know that guy is nothing but a nice soul.

    Just heard a nurse I saw at daughter's of charity in kubwa is dead,just last week.such a nice lady,she was so full of life.
    When I was admitted last two weeks ,she came to check me everyday.
    We gisted last week for a while and now she is gone,this is a huge shock.
    So nice,so nice ND full of life.
    Nurse chineye adieu.
    Always ready to help,this just got me tired .

    Sitting on the bed and counting my blessings
    About a month ago,I was diagnosed with ovarian cyst and kidney stone
    The pain!
    The tears!
    The worries about fertility when scan added infections to the list
    Having to take 5 antibiotics IV daily for 14days to clear them


    Am still struggling to overcome my phobia for scan as I fear new diagnosis at the mention of ultrasound
    Wish me total healing for my check up next weekend.
    I would share my testimony

    Please drink enough water daily.
    Don't wait to be thirsty
    Don't hold back that urine
