And kpokpogarri will NOT go scot free because although he can delete all the videos on his electronic devices, the court can subpoena the information from the electronic hosts as nothing is deleted for ever. They can even perform forensics review of his devices too and retrieve stuff. which will get him in trouble. so, chill. Unfortunately na Naija una dey, so advanced technology fit neva reach that side. when the authorities want to access your digital / electronic footprint, they don't necessarily need your physical device, they can subpoena cell phone company, ISP providers, CCTV companies etc where all these things like voice calls, texts, videos and all whatnots have been made and retrieve any info they need from the data servers with a subpoena / court order.
