Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative...

 Hmmmm....

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE

A STORY WIRTH SHARING:

Good day Stella and blog visitors.

I am presently 6weeks pregnant.

I have lost two pregnancies this year. I was slated for a surgery at the hospital, they collected my blood to do the normal tests they always do before surgery. I even gave the nurse my pad and pant inside the surgery room, told her my menses might come during the surgery as I was already two days late.

After the surgery and all, I heard a congratulations you are pregnant. Lol
Didn't know whether to cry or to laugh.

Due to my two miscarriages I take injection for the pregnancy twice a week. I also go for dressing for the surgery (had lumps removed from my two breasts)
So imagine the mental stress of having pregnancy hormones, nausea, sore breast and nipples and all and also having plaster all over your breast and walking like robot.

The drugs that was given to me at the hospital to make the surgery heal fast and to relive me of the pain, I am always scared of using them, because of my pregnancy, I Am so scared of losing the baby.

Plus when I use them, about six of them in total I always have serious cramps, like fight is going on in my stomach. It is always so scary. So most times I don't use the drugs and I end up with unbearable pain in my breast. I will say, it's better to endure this horrible pain than to lose my child .

Recently, my nurses wrote drugs for me to buy to make the surgery dry up faster because it was removing purse (because I wasn't using my drugs) I asked if they were safe for a pregnant woman to use, especially first trimester and they said yes.

The first time I used them, I thought I was going to have a miscarriage, I had serious cramp all throughout the night. Rolling and rolling on the bed. I was just praying and begging God to help me.

Called the doctor the next morning and she said I should stop using all the drugs except ****** and folic acid. Because of my miscarriage history.

It is well. I also have to worry about the lumps removed, the test results (to see if it's cancerous or not) will be out in a weeks time.

And on top of that doctor said I should try not to think or worry about anything because of my pregnancy, even house chores is limited, my husband does everything now all to help me get through the first trimester successfully. Bathe me and cooks before going to work, comes back, enter kitchen to make dinner.

It's just too much, I had to stop working too. And this is our first child by the way.

Back to the s#x life gist, my husband has refused to have s#x with me since after the surgery lol. Man is so scared and me I want to be touched or played with. He said 'how do I touch you with the plaster in your breast, and with the baby growing in your womb that we have to be careful not to lose.

Guy man no gree oooo.. even though I try to seduce him sometimes lol. He bathes me cos of the plaster and all, I sometimes joking drag him and guy man will just jejely remove himself from the situation....

It is well with me.

Don't know if this is worth a chronicle, but pouring this out just made me feel better. Will give an update about my life in a month or two from now, and by Gods grace I will be better and have lots of testimonies to share.
Thanks everyone for reading.

*I wish you all the best.. thank you for sharing and keep us updated....

I hope also that the drugs dont affect your baby. As for your hubby, maybe he is doing the right thing by refusing you.... Respect to him.

    3. I was advised to stay of sex especially during the first trimester due to a previous miscarriage.
I was also placed on gestone injections you can ask your doctor about it, it serves as some kind of hormone booster.

But please avoid any strenuous activities for now, please do extra research on medications given to you this period.
No two pregnancies are the same.

    5. I pray that God heals you fast and make that baby stay and grow healthily. I also pray that taking out the lumps were the best decisions the doctors made. I think your hubby is right to put sex aside for now especially with the history of miscarriages which might put your pregnancy in high risk so you should really take everything slowly. God bless your family.

Also try to bear with ur husband cos I totally understand how he feels. If God forbidanything ever happens to ur baby after he has sex with u, he will probably never forgive himself so he is trying to be careful especially because of ur miscarriage history.

I pray the test result comes back as non cancerous tho and I wish you a successful pregnancy and delivery

  18. So Stella, why is my comment not showing; isn't the husband a hero here?
Let's commend good men when they behave. or is there a gender war here?

    1. Leave Stella say your own. I agree with you the man is very exceptional. May God bless him and give him the strength to continue to be supportive. The journey is long. Madam poster wishing you all the best and praying that you come back with testimonies. Amen.

    2. @15:52
Gender warrior, if the table were flipped, will you encourage the woman to wait and "continue to be supportive?"
Even if it is that the man lost his job which is so common in the Nigerian economy now? 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    3. Yes her husband is awesome. It's not easy to look after someone in that condition, go to work, pay the bills etc. I mean, he has to worry about making money, worry about the baby, worry about you plus house chores? MAY GOD BLESS YOUR HUSBAND ABUNDANTLY, HE IS AN ANGEL

      Delete
    4. 17:43 reading and comprehension is your problem. You are obviously the one wanting to fight gender wars. Continue fighting you hear? So with all that you read up there that the wife is going through, it is paining you that the man is supporting his wife, smh. You had hoped she would complain about her husband. Anyway like I said, God bless such a good husband as the poster's and give both of them the strength to carry on. Poster you have been so strong, may God continue to strengthen you and perfect your healing.

    1. Which one is hope he's not getting it outside? You see a man who's supportive of his wife in her delicate condition and this is what you could think of him? Too bad.

Poster, you have a good man there. Please bear with him for now esp at this early stage. You'll be fine, okay?

    2. Na you her husband dey collect sex outside from? You leave the gist of the chronicle come dey suspect the husband. No go face you husband/boyfriend.

    3. Natasha 16:08 Your head is so messed up that you can't see anything good in a man doing the right thing for his wife.

A man is traumatised seeing his wife go through a lot of surgery and is trying his best not to sucumb to sex so that his wife will carry a baby to term and all you can do is baseless suspect him of infidelity.

I can imagine you would accuse your own spouse if this chronicles were yours and cause wahala in your home.

    5. Even if he is, give him some slack. The man is going through a lot, both physically, emotionally, mentally and otherwise. Why not praise him for the support and care he is rendering now? Poster please don't think negative about your husband. I know a lot of douchebag men who won't be supportive or do half the things your hubby is doing. Concentrate on appreciating him and praying to God for a perfect home.

  25. so sorry about the pains and all dear.
    Please please and please,pus coming out from your surgery site is not good. Also I don't get why the nurse will give you anything that will harm your child. Now to what to do my dear;

Go and meet a gynaecologist. And show him all the drugs you have been given. He will determine the ones safe for you and your baby or not.

    3 things are so important
That you heal fast and well enough( a gynaecologist checking those drugs and recommending safe pain relievers and safe antibiotics is very important)

That your baby is safe(same drug stuff)

That you are ok mentally and all

I know it is not easy dear, but hold on to God. He will perfect it all, amen!
I dunno if you can take my advice on drugs. I m a health specialist too...use progesterone vaginal inserts to help keep the baby. Then u can take ceftriaxone, sulbactam combination iv drugs, then paracetamol for the pains as this is what is safe. Continue your folic acid as well.

      Tab Chymoral

      Tab vitamin C bottle own.

Tab flagyl 400mg. The Chymoral was the one giving me cramps. I had to stop all the drugs except augmentin when I told the doctor.
Thank you for your advice will ask my doctor about the drugs you recommended so I can get them if she gives me a go ahead.
      Thank you sir
I take the progesterone injection already, is the insert necessary too?

  26. I was in your shoes 14 years ago. The cramps when you take the drugs are out of this world, but don't worry, God will not start what he won't finish. My daughter will be 14 yrs old next year by God's grace. She is doing very well . All will be well.

  33. Poster, I v been in a slightly similar situation.
Mine was breast cancer at about 30.
I had embryos stored so I could still have kids incase chemotherapy affected my fertility.
To cut long story short, after I got the all free and decided to try for a baby, I lost all embryos, with just two left.
The first of the two left, When it implanted, I was OVERLY careful yet I miscarried.
The last embryo did not fertilise. Top Consultants Claimed I could never have my own Baby etc. I had to turn to God wholly.
I am carrying my third child in my hands (naturally) as I type.
In summary, worrying won’t help, hold on to God, save yourself first before any looking for any Baby.
You need to be alive to take care of a Baby.
May God guide and help you.. Amen!
