The Adventures Of Oko Ashawo The Uber Driver - 92

Gone are the days when ladies think they can catch their cheating partners by going through their phones or cloning their chats on a laptop. Guys have stepped up their game too.

Last weekend, after dropping a client at a mall, as I waited for my next order to come, I ran into an old secondary school friend who I've not seen in ages. He is married and lives in the Eastern part of Nigeria but official duties brought him to Lagos.

My friend told me that though he has been transferred to Port Harcourt, he tries to go home to see his family at least twice a month since he's just a few hours away. He spent some time on the phone talking with family members and others from his workplace. Afterwards, he brought out another phone from his bag. He told me that was his special phone, which never goes home with him. I was confused and probed further.

He showed me the contacts and WhatsApp chats, which are only girls (about 30 of them). He said that phone stays permanently off except when he's ready to hook up with any of his numerous girls. Also, whenever he travels home to see his family, the phone stays back in his office.

I was shocked at how meticulous he was with keeping his girlfriends from his home. He says he loves his wife and she must never know he cheats on her; hence he goes through the trouble of being discreet in his affairs.

I'm here wondering what other ways guys use in keeping their affairs from home. Hmmmmm... I'm not married yet and I'm not a Saint either. 

Anyway, they say men are polygamous in nature and a lot cheat. I know women cheat too, including the married ones and I have come across some of their numerous methods, which I'll share in another post. I still wonder who cheats more between men and women.

Hmmmmm....Oko Ashawo you will do worse than this man you are gossiping to us about..... Ashawo oshi!!!
